This Hotel is just as wonderful as the Reviews say!! There was a great variety of complimentary drinks, including some unique options like matcha latte and roasted green tea latte, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Above all, what impressed me most was how kind all the staff were!! On the day I stayed, Nagoya had torrential rain with weather warnings issued, and public transportation such as trains had stopped. The concert I had planned to attend was also canceled, which was very disappointing, but I was able to relax in this lovely Room, and it became a good memory in its own way!! I would definitely like to stay here again!

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that shoes are not worn inside the Room.

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

There are few restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but the in-room dining offers a family-restaurant-level selection, along with a drink bar, and there is also a water dispenser in the Room, so we had no inconvenience at all. Even after 1:00 a.m., light meals and alcohol are available until 6:00 a.m. Both the Room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and the amenities were well stocked. However, the TV remote control responded so poorly that it was difficult to use.

This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

- I stayed here on a business trip from Tokyo to Nagoya. - I also borrowed a few amenities (a smartphone cable and nail clippers), and the staff were kind and welcoming with warm smiles. - The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the energetic service from the staff was impressive. - The double Room was comfortable, and I was able to use the large public bath (a bit small) almost privately. - The only downside was that the elevator was crowded in the morning, and some guests couldn’t get on, so I recommend allowing extra time when leaving. Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have the chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I would prefer the wash area to have a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit less private. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

It was conveniently located near the subway station, with many restaurants and other options nearby. The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much.

Even though I arrived late, the front desk staff were kind and made me feel at ease.

A welcome drink was provided. You could choose any one drink you liked. I've never seen such a service before. The staff who assisted us were very kind. I'm glad I stayed here!

A few years ago, I borrowed a pillow and a humidifier, and ever since then they have always been placed in the room for me. I recently visited again after quite some time as Nagoya has become farther away, and they were properly prepared. Thank you very much. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but whenever I go to Nagoya, I will definitely stay here.

As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

I stayed alone, and the location was close to the station. The staff were also very courteous. The Room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised that all the water was purified. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

I stayed here for sightseeing, but the service at check-in was a bit unsatisfactory. The Room and bath were very satisfying, so it was a shame.

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.
