The front desk staff were incredibly kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated their help without a single unpleasant expression. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked, and I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you—I’d like to visit APA Hotels in various regions again.

I chose to stay at this Hotel for its location and price. The location was very convenient—about a 5-minute walk from an exit of the Nagoya Station underground mall. There was major construction for the linear motor train right in front, but the noise didn’t bother me much. Some Reviews made me feel uneasy, but none of those issues concerned me at all. If I had to mention one thing, I was told in advance that the requested items would be prepared in my Room, but they were completely overlooked. I received a call just before checkout, but it was too late by then. I would stay here again.

The walls are thin, so I could clearly hear everything next door—from phone calls and snoring at night to the alarm clock the next morning. The pillow was also quite low, so I didn’t sleep very well. Other than that, there were no issues at all! The facilities and location were perfect, and even though I don’t speak much Japanese, the front desk staff patiently helped me check in. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room as a family. While some parts of the Facility feel a bit dated, it was within our expectations. The price was very reasonable for this location, which really helped. Breakfast was delicious, and there is also a private bath, making it a great Hotel for families. We would like to stay again. (I don’t usually write Reviews, but we were so satisfied that I wanted to share.)

It was excellent value for the price. The Onsen water was silky and wonderfully relaxing, and the staff at reception and during meal service were very kind, making our stay truly comfortable.

This was my first stay. Starting with the welcome drink service, the Onsen had silky-smooth water, and I appreciated being able to choose pajamas and a pillow. Breakfast was also delicious. Everything was excellent. I felt refreshed and was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time to attend a live performance at the Arts Theater. I was impressed by the sense of openness from the entrance and the spacious lobby. The Room was kept very clean. While it did feel a bit historic, it was spacious enough for my wife and me to relax comfortably. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Arts Theater, close to Sakae Station, and surrounded by many convenience stores, making it very convenient. At night, the area had a bit of an entertainment-district atmosphere, but once inside the Hotel it was quiet and I didn’t notice any noise at all. I also appreciated that the on-site parking accommodates both standard-sized cars and SUVs—very helpful for me as an SUV driver. My wife also mentioned that having an anti-fog section on part of the mirror in the unit bath was a thoughtful touch that women especially appreciate. I would like to stay here again.

On our way back from Magome-juku and Tsumago-juku, we stayed one night in Nagoya. We were looking for an Accommodation with a large public bath and found your Hotel. It’s a sparkling new Hotel, but there was no unpleasant smell at all. Our Room had a terrace, and although I couldn’t tell whether it was a river or a lake, the view from the Room was really nice. Breakfast was served in the Room, so we enjoyed it on the terrace. The staff were kind and courteous. Since it was raining the next morning, they called us a taxi to go out and even held an umbrella for us until we got into the taxi. We were truly impressed. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here during a solo trip. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a lovely space—clean, calm, and comfortable. The staff in the shared area chatted with me a lot, which made me really happy. It’s my best memory from the trip. I’ll be back. Thank you!

It was a Room on the 38th floor. The view was amazing and truly impressive. In particular, the views from the pool and spa were wonderful, and I was able to relax very well. Above all, all of the staff were excellent—everyone greeted me properly, which made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay again.

The hotel parking accommodates 2 cars, but it is practically unavailable. Parking within 100m is expensive, so please ask the front desk for guidance to a nearby supermarket parking lot, which costs 1,400 yen for 24 hours. Other than that, as it is No Meals Included and close to the station, it is satisfactory.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is my favorite hotel. There is only one elevator, and around the 10 AM checkout time, many guests use it at once. I had to let it pass three times before I could get on. If it hadn't been raining heavily, I might have been able to use the outdoor emergency stairs.

The Wi‑Fi on the floor I stayed on didn’t work, so I had to connect to the Wi‑Fi one floor below, and the connection was weak. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else. I’d like to stay again.

Located in a great area, I stay here about twice a month. For those seeking excessive services or being overly critical, perhaps consider staying at a Hotel priced around 100,000 yen per night. To emphasize again, this is a great Hotel.

There was a polite explanation from the foreign staff at the front desk. The entrance is narrow, making it a bit difficult to pass by other guests. The Room is very spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased to have an air purifier and a microwave. The downside was that the bath was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was comfortable. Breakfast is a simple rice ball bento. I was happy that it came with tea. It's reasonably priced, and I would like to use it again.

As this was my first time staying at a private rental, and some Reviews made me a bit nervous about check-in, I was able to enter the Room without any issues. *Please note: the pre-check-in URL and related details are sent a few days before your stay, not immediately after your Reservation.* The location is just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I didn’t have many Room options due to my dates, but it felt just right for 2–3 people. The fridge/freezer was larger than the one at home (lol), and there were plenty of clean plates and glasses. There was also a rice cooker! The washer-dryer isn’t hot-air drying, but I think most items will dry as long as they aren’t too thick. The bathroom was spacious and had a reheating function. As noted in the in-room notices, footsteps do carry due to the building structure, so I could hear them throughout my stay—but compared with a typical business hotel, it felt acceptable. There were also houseplants on the balcony, and I really enjoyed my first private rental stay near Nagoya Station. Next time I’d like to try another Room as well. Looking forward to it.
