After a business trip to another prefecture, I came to Nagoya. I stayed for two nights three years ago and everything was comfortable, so this time I returned and made a Reservation at this Hotel without hesitation. I was offered an upgrade and stayed for two nights on the top 36th floor in a Premium Junior Suite King (Nagoya Station side). There were two of us (a child and me), but we booked as two adults rather than Child Sharing Existing Bedding because meals and other items would incur additional charges. The Room was incredibly spacious, and my child was thrilled! Even when we went out, we couldn’t wait to get back to the Hotel Room—it was that comfortable, and we had the happiest time. If I could make one request, I would have liked to watch streaming services such as Prime Video (with my own subscription) in the Room. We also had breakfast and dinner included for both nights, so we were able to enjoy the Wednesday-only butter-grilled abalone, which we both loved. However, on the second day the menu other than the abalone was exactly the same, so it would have been nice if there were even small changes every other day. I had planned to buy LEGOLAND tickets through Asoview!, but instead purchased them at the Hotel front desk. We were able to buy them at a discount and also received a LEGO minifigure as a gift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an exceptionally comfortable stay—I can’t express enough gratitude (tears). We plan to visit Nagoya again next year, and I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

Breakfast is excellent. The cereal was especially delicious. What do you use for it? I’d love to know.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

Although it’s close to Nagoya Station, the area is calm and quiet. There were several izakayas nearby that I wanted to try. The front desk staff were very efficient and kind, there is a large public bath, the breakfast buffet with a great selection of Nagoya specialties was delicious, and the Room was clean. It was a wonderful Hotel with a very high level of satisfaction. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Thank you for placing me on the women-only floor, which made me feel safe. A clean Room, and the amenities were well stocked. The coffee was also delicious. It was a shame the bathroom was small, but it was clean. What disappointed me was that the hair iron in the Room was broken. If you’re visiting Misonoza, it’s in a perfect location. Thank you for the 14th floor with a great view.

A welcome drink was provided. You could choose any one drink you liked. I've never seen such a service before. The staff who assisted us were very kind. I'm glad I stayed here!

I stayed for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception counter made me feel very welcome and at ease. I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

We ended up staying as a family on short notice. The price was very reasonable, and above all, we were impressed by the breakfast service. The staff were wonderful, and we would like to stay again.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. The location, cleanliness throughout the property, and amenities were all excellent. I think the level of satisfaction for this price is very high. Many European guests were staying there as well, so I believe it is well regarded internationally.

I stayed here for a concert at Geibun. The location was convenient, the Room was clean, and the service was courteous—I was very satisfied. For breakfast I chose the shrimp cutlet sandwich, and it was convenient to have free drinks available and be able to enjoy it in my Room. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was my first time using the Shinkansen Exit, but the quality was reliably excellent. The location is just a short walk from the Taiko Exit, and the surroundings are perfect. The Facility is also high quality; however, if I had to mention one point, the step up into the in-room unit bath was quite high, so I rated it 4 stars. Breakfast is buffet-style, but since the layout makes it hard to see everything at a glance and lines can be confusing, some caution is needed.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making sightseeing convenient, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful; we could also watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as key cards only worked for the guest’s accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

I had wanted to stay at a Hotel with an Onsen, so I was satisfied this time. The gentle hot water and the delicious breakfast were great. However, the front desk staff felt rather unfriendly.

The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

This was my first trip to Nagoya. I originally planned to stay at the Marriott directly connected to Nagoya Station, but something drew me to this Hotel, so I changed my reservation. You contacted me in advance, and I could already feel the high level of service before arriving. You also upgraded our Room, and while access is honestly better around Nagoya Station, this Hotel’s Facility is new and spotless. The Room was spacious with two closets, the bed was wide enough, and the mattress was excellent. Since the mattress at the Legoland Hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t suit us, I’m truly glad we stayed here for two nights. We slept very well each night. There was also turndown service—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, but everything was delicious. Our child especially loved the Totoro wooden plate and cup. On our first morning we didn’t have much time, so I planned to try the donuts and curry the next day—but they weren’t available that morning. I should have eaten what I wanted on that same day. The flat-rate taxi to Ghibli Park was also greatly appreciated. We initially planned it one-way only, but decided that morning to request a return ride as well, and your lobby staff handled it immediately. I also asked for taxi arrangements on both check-in day and at check-out; everything was very smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and I even wrote a thank-you message at check-out. Since it was my son’s birthday, he was delighted by the towel-cake surprise and message card. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Nagoya next time. Thank you very much for everything.
