It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

We stayed as a family during the Obon holidays. This was our second visit. Last time we couldn’t use the gym at all, but this time we had more time and were able to use it. It was a wonderful space and we really enjoyed it. The Room was spacious and clean, and it was truly great. If I had to mention one thing, I wish there were a few more options for the selectable breakfast menu.

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

At this Hotel, the beds are on the firmer side and also spacious, so I always sleep very well. With practical details like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—yo

The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. I stayed here to attend a game at the dome. I have a hearing impairment, and I sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive support at check-in. I had wanted to stay at a Hotel with an Onsen, so I was satisfied this time. The gentle hot water and the delicious breakfast were great. However, the front desk staff felt rather unfriendly.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent.
