With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. I stayed here last year and found it very comfortable, so I chose it again this year. It was an excellent stay. Last time, I wrote a Review saying there was “a little dirt in the corner of the bath,” but this time everything was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, which truly impressed me. It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station, and you can get close via the underground passageways. The service is attentive in just the right way—not overbearing. The Room is clean and comfortable. I have no complaints at all. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

Although it’s close to Nagoya Station, the area is calm and quiet. There were several izakayas nearby that I wanted to try. The front desk staff were very efficient and kind, there is a large public bath, the breakfast buffet with a great selection of Nagoya specialties was delicious, and the Room was clean. It was a wonderful Hotel with a very high level of satisfaction. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

I stayed here with my partner, and we both had a wonderful time. We were upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The Room felt elegant and substantial, and it was a very comfortable space. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent and truly hospitable. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Next time, I’d also like to explore other areas within the Facility.

This was my second stay, and even understated, it was outstanding. Last time I took a roundabout route and felt it was far from the station, but this time I came up from the underground level of the building that houses KITTE and reached the Hotel via an air-conditioned route—once outside, it was just a few minutes away. The staff are always very pleasant and kindly explain everything in detail. The Room size is more than sufficient—just right. It had a unit bath, but both the bathtub area and the toilet space were spacious enough. There are cups, glasses, and an electric kettle, and you can pick up as many coffee packs or tea bags as you like at the front desk. It seems there’s also a drink service at the breakfast venue, but I didn’t have time to use it, which was a shame. There’s also a convenience store nearby. One thing I personally love is how many places there are to put things. I like to keep my cosmetics and clothes laid out where I can easily see them during my stay, so having plenty of surfaces makes it truly comfortable. The desk, chair, and mirror are all exactly where you want them—very convenient for skincare and makeup. The Room layout—the design and placement of everything—is really thoughtful. I also appreciate having sturdy slippers instead of those flimsy disposable ones that annoy me. These might be pretty specific preferences, but this Hotel fits me perfectly in every way. I usually don’t bother writing a Review, but this is one Hotel that absolutely makes me want to leave one! I liked it so much that I ended up signing up for membership (lol).

This was my first time staying here. The large public bath was great, and the complimentary drinks were also nice. The amenities were plentiful and everything was excellent, but I was surprised by how loud it was—possibly from people coming and going in the separate area of the Room. Other than that, I was satisfied with the Hotel. The location is also great, just a short walk from the subway, making sightseeing easy. I would stay again.

This is a truly wonderful Hotel. The service, the Room, and the breakfast are all exceptionally attentive, and there are delightful surprises everywhere. The art pieces throughout the Hotel are also fascinating. It’s fun just to walk around and look at them, and it’s especially nice that whenever I spoke to the staff, they gave thoughtful, well-informed answers. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights and three days to celebrate my 61st birthday a week early. The lounge staff shared the information about my birthday, and I was truly moved by everyone’s kind greetings. Our third-grade daughter also decided she wanted to do a “job interview” for her summer vacation school project, and we are deeply grateful that you took the time to accommodate her as well. She was thrilled, and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lounge sweets—everything was wonderful. My wife was able to relax fully over the three days, and we’ve agreed that we would definitely like to stay again for our wedding anniversary at year-end. We will visit again as a family of three, so we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

This was my first stay. The room was clean, and there was a large public bath, which helped me relax and recover from fatigue.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

This was my first stay. The Accommodation is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor we enjoyed beautiful night views; we could also watch the sunrise and take in a quiet, dreamlike scene. The well-cleaned Room was fully stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while drinks in the refrigerator are available for a fee, there is a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, so we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best of any Hotel I have stayed at. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for the guest’s floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

It was excellent value for the price. The Onsen water was silky and wonderfully relaxing, and the staff at reception and during meal service were very kind, making our stay truly comfortable.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here on a business trip. It was very helpful to be able to use the lounge and get some work done even before check-in. I was also happy that welcome drinks are always available, as some Hotels close this service before check-in hours. There was a wide selection of decaffeinated tea bags, which I appreciated. The bathroom felt spacious for the size of the Room. Amenities were kept to the essentials with no waste. There were no charging cables in the Room, but there is a great selection of items available to borrow, and it was convenient to pick them up at the front desk. Every staff member was pleasant and professional, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was also well stocked considering it is complimentary. Thank you very much.

I often stay here when visiting Nagoya. I’ve always liked Tokyu Hotel and have stayed at the same Hotel in other locations as well. This time, I stayed the day before my birthday. Perhaps because I’m a Tokyu Hotel member, there was a balloon decoration and a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” card waiting in my Room when I arrived. Thank you for such a thoughtful gesture. I wanted to take it home, but it was too large to fit in my suitcase, so unfortunately I had to leave it behind. My sincere thanks to the person who made the balloon decoration and to the Hotel.
