This is a truly wonderful Hotel. The service, the Room, and the breakfast are all exceptionally attentive, and there are delightful surprises everywhere. The art pieces throughout the Hotel are also fascinating. It’s fun just to walk around and look at them, and it’s especially nice that whenever I spoke to the staff, they gave thoughtful, well-informed answers. Thank you very much.

Thank you, as always, for a wonderful stay experience. With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. I stayed here last year and found it very comfortable, so I chose it again this year. It was an excellent stay. Last time, I wrote a Review saying there was “a little dirt in the corner of the bath,” but this time everything was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, which truly impressed me. It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station, and you can get close via the underground passageways. The service is attentive in just the right way—not overbearing. The Room is clean and comfortable. I have no complaints at all. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, and even understated, it was outstanding. Last time I took a roundabout route and felt it was far from the station, but this time I came up from the underground level of the building that houses KITTE and reached the Hotel via an air-conditioned route—once outside, it was just a few minutes away. The staff are always very pleasant and kindly explain everything in detail. The Room size is more than sufficient—just right. It had a unit bath, but both the bathtub area and the toilet space were spacious enough. There are cups, glasses, and an electric kettle, and you can pick up as many coffee packs or tea bags as you like at the front desk. It seems there’s also a drink service at the breakfast venue, but I didn’t have time to use it, which was a shame. There’s also a convenience store nearby. One thing I personally love is how many places there are to put things. I like to keep my cosmetics and clothes laid out where I can easily see them during my stay, so having plenty of surfaces makes it truly comfortable. The desk, chair, and mirror are all exactly where you want them—very convenient for skincare and makeup. The Room layout—the design and placement of everything—is really thoughtful. I also appreciate having sturdy slippers instead of those flimsy disposable ones that annoy me. These might be pretty specific preferences, but this Hotel fits me perfectly in every way. I usually don’t bother writing a Review, but this is one Hotel that absolutely makes me want to leave one! I liked it so much that I ended up signing up for membership (lol).

This was my first time staying here. I’d seen it in Reviews and on YouTube, so I was really looking forward to my stay. Once I arrived, it was exactly as expected—an amazing Hotel, honestly the only word that fits. Check-in, check-out, and security were simple and easy to understand. The thoughtful Facilities and amenities were excellent, and I really enjoyed the lounge drink service and even the massage chairs. Even though it’s a capsule Hotel, there is a large public bath, and I was very satisfied with both the sauna temperature and the cold bath temperature. The powder room is also well equipped with hair dryers, irons, and plenty of amenities—you can truly stay here without bringing anything. (There wasn’t any hair treatment/conditioner, which was the only thing I couldn’t find.) There’s still so much more I could say, but above all else: this is a Hotel I want everyone to try staying at at least once.

I stayed here with my partner, and we both had a wonderful time. We were upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The Room felt elegant and substantial, and it was a very comfortable space. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent and truly hospitable. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Next time, I’d also like to explore other areas within the Facility.

We stayed for two nights and three days to celebrate my 61st birthday a week early. The lounge staff shared the information about my birthday, and I was truly moved by everyone’s kind greetings. Our third-grade daughter also decided she wanted to do a “job interview” for her summer vacation school project, and we are deeply grateful that you took the time to accommodate her as well. She was thrilled, and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lounge sweets—everything was wonderful. My wife was able to relax fully over the three days, and we’ve agreed that we would definitely like to stay again for our wedding anniversary at year-end. We will visit again as a family of three, so we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

I had a very comfortable stay. There was a drink bar at the front desk, and the Room had a water dispenser, so I never had any trouble getting drinks. The bed was large and I slept very well. The shower in the bathroom was ReFa, and the bathtub also had a bubble switch, leaving my skin smooth. The ReFa hair dryer was also well equipped, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Although it’s close to Nagoya Station, the area is calm and quiet. There were several izakayas nearby that I wanted to try. The front desk staff were very efficient and kind, there is a large public bath, the breakfast buffet with a great selection of Nagoya specialties was delicious, and the Room was clean. It was a wonderful Hotel with a very high level of satisfaction. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

I often stay here for business, and the check-in and check-out times fit my schedule perfectly, allowing me to plan my work appointments with plenty of time—this is always a great help. No matter how many times I stay, the Room is always kept clean and well prepared, and I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant whenever I visit, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I have stayed five times, and it is a Hotel that satisfies me every time. I would like to stay again on my business trip next month.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

This was my first trip to Nagoya. I originally planned to stay at the Marriott directly connected to Nagoya Station, but something drew me to this Hotel, so I changed my reservation. You contacted me in advance, and I could already feel the high level of service before arriving. You also upgraded our Room, and while access is honestly better around Nagoya Station, this Hotel’s Facility is new and spotless. The Room was spacious with two closets, the bed was wide enough, and the mattress was excellent. Since the mattress at the Legoland Hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t suit us, I’m truly glad we stayed here for two nights. We slept very well each night. There was also turndown service—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, but everything was delicious. Our child especially loved the Totoro wooden plate and cup. On our first morning we didn’t have much time, so I planned to try the donuts and curry the next day—but they weren’t available that morning. I should have eaten what I wanted on that same day. The flat-rate taxi to Ghibli Park was also greatly appreciated. We initially planned it one-way only, but decided that morning to request a return ride as well, and your lobby staff handled it immediately. I also asked for taxi arrangements on both check-in day and at check-out; everything was very smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and I even wrote a thank-you message at check-out. Since it was my son’s birthday, he was delighted by the towel-cake surprise and message card. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Nagoya next time. Thank you very much for everything.

The best thing about Kuretake Inn is the bed size—it's a comfortable double (W) size.\nThis Nagoya Minami location also stands out for its wide variety of breakfast items. The signature Japanese-style selection is especially impressive—there are so many simmered dishes alone that they can fill a plate. A major advantage over other chain business hotels!\nUnfortunately, the large public bath is more like a medium-sized bath due to space limitations. However, you can check how crowded it is from your Room.

I stayed here to visit Vantelin Dome. Access to the dome was excellent, and the Hotel is right in the heart of Sakae’s downtown area—close to both the station and bus stops, which made it truly convenient. It also felt like a Hotel that offers more than its price suggests, and I thought, “This really is Daiichi Hotel.” First of all, all the staff were very pleasant, and they even delivered my luggage—left with them before check-in—to my Room in advance. The building, Room, furniture, and beds were all solidly built; the Room was spacious with no sense of being cramped at all. The table, bathroom, and sink area were also roomy and easy to use. While the building itself isn’t new by any means, it was clean, well stocked with amenities, and very comfortable. Sakae is extremely convenient; however, I was honestly taken aback by how much litter there was—unbelievable even compared with other cities’ downtown areas—and to be frank I don’t really want to get too close. Still, the great access to Vantelin Dome and how good this Hotel is outweigh that for me, so I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation when attending games in Nagoya.

Both the lobby and the guest room were spotless and gave a very clean impression.

After a business trip to another prefecture, I came to Nagoya. I stayed for two nights three years ago and everything was comfortable, so this time I returned and made a Reservation at this Hotel without hesitation. I was offered an upgrade and stayed for two nights on the top 36th floor in a Premium Junior Suite King (Nagoya Station side). There were two of us (a child and me), but we booked as two adults rather than Child Sharing Existing Bedding because meals and other items would incur additional charges. The Room was incredibly spacious, and my child was thrilled! Even when we went out, we couldn’t wait to get back to the Hotel Room—it was that comfortable, and we had the happiest time. If I could make one request, I would have liked to watch streaming services such as Prime Video (with my own subscription) in the Room. We also had breakfast and dinner included for both nights, so we were able to enjoy the Wednesday-only butter-grilled abalone, which we both loved. However, on the second day the menu other than the abalone was exactly the same, so it would have been nice if there were even small changes every other day. I had planned to buy LEGOLAND tickets through Asoview!, but instead purchased them at the Hotel front desk. We were able to buy them at a discount and also received a LEGO minifigure as a gift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an exceptionally comfortable stay—I can’t express enough gratitude (tears). We plan to visit Nagoya again next year, and I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

We stayed in a triple room, so it was definitely a bit small, but the beds were spacious and the bathroom had a separate washing area, which made it relaxing and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and even the windows were spotless—excellent. I kind of wish I had tried the Matsuya breakfast. Next time I will!
