Every staff member, regardless of their section, responded politely and was genuinely attentive. They engaged in casual conversations with a smile and stayed close to the guests until check-out, making it a very warm inn. I would love to visit again when I come to Nara.

Last time, due to the typhoon, I could only stay for one night, so I used the Property again. It is close to the station and has a good location. The food was delicious and satisfying this time as well. The crab risotto for dinner, freshly baked croissants for breakfast, ho

I was very pleased with the thoughtful consideration from the staff this time. I am grateful for the relaxing time I was able to spend. Although it's a distance that can be done as a day trip, I feel like coming to Nara for another overnight stay. Thank you for taking care

The bathtub in the private room is sufficiently spacious. The front desk service was excellent. The buffet-style breakfast had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes and was delicious. It is conveniently located near Nara JR Station, with a 100-yen shop, drugstore, special

I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. Since the room had tatami mats, it was nice to be able to place my luggage, lounge around, and use the space freely and spaciously. Being able to adjust the water pressure of the shower myself was also very good for washing long hair

The reception and front staff were courteous, and the guest room was so comfortable that it felt like being at home, allowing me to sleep very well. I travel a lot for work and leisure, so I've stayed at quite a few hotels, but this is the number one hotel I want to visit again

I booked about an hour before arrival, and they still welcomed me very warmly. From the moment I arrived by car, the service was excellent, and the welcome drink was delicious. Because it was so last-minute, there weren’t any larger rooms available, but the room I was shown was very clean and stylish. The amenities were well stocked, and I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. The large public bath was also spotless and left me feeling wonderfully warm. There were also a post-bath lounge area, a kids’ room, and a rooftop terrace, and I really appreciated the complimentary bite-sized sorbet and drinks as well as the evening cake service. It’s been a while since I’ve stayed at an inn where every staff member was so friendly and attentive. Next time, I’d love to bring my parents and stay in a larger room. The deer decor in the interior was also adorable. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The price was reasonable, so I was completely satisfied with everything! The hotel is located on the JR Nara Station premises, so there were plenty of restaurants around, and I had no trouble finding dinner. The parking lot was conveniently located near the station, with a pu

I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The Room (single room) was clean. I was also able to relax in the shared cafe area. Everyone working at the Hotel was kind and courteous, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. On my way out, I met one of the housekeeping staff members, who saw me off with a smile—another happy memory added. I would be glad to stay again in the future.

We arrived a little early, so we were able to use the parking lot earlier and received thorough guidance to the tourist spots. On our way back, we consulted with the morning staff about taking the train instead of driving long distances because it was snowing at the next tourist

I am grateful for this thoughtful gesture. Although it was limited to certain days, there was a complimentary alcohol service, allowing us to relax at the hotel without needing to venture out in the cold for drinks. There were also some snacks provided, which was very much appr

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We had planned to stay together, but due to circumstances, only my daughter ended up staying. Despite the sudden change, the staff were very considerate and warmly supportive, which made my daughter feel at ease and able to focus on her exam. She was very pleased. We plan to try

The guest room was clean and well-maintained, with a level of cleanliness almost on par with Miyako Hotels. There were three women at the front desk who were assisting inbound guests in English. Despite being close to the station, the view from the room was good, with a view of J

This time we stayed for two nights. On the first day, we took the airport limousine bus from Itami, got off at Yamato-Saidaiji, and visited Akishino-dera Temple. On the second day, we went to Matsuo-dera Temple from Yamato-Koizumi in the morning and had lunch at Edogawa. On the third day, we relaxed in the large public bath on the 6th floor and enjoyed the Onsen. As always, it was a comfortable two-night stay and made for a wonderful trip to Nara. We look forward to staying with you again—thank you very much.

There are few hotels offering day-use during the spring break season, so it was very helpful. The location is good, and there is a coin parking nearby, which was very convenient. The room is small, but it has a queen bed, and the unit bath was new and clean. I would like to

The food was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were wonderful. The flute performance was lively and made for a fun, memorable experience!

We stayed here with our children while sightseeing in Nara. There were kid-friendly events such as a festival plaza, so we could enjoy the Ryokan rather than just spending time in our Room. The Onsen was simple but wonderfully warming, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, including the variety of dishes as well as drinks and desserts. The staff’s hospitality was also pleasant. Thank you very much.

I used the eco consecutive night plan, and by the evening of the second night (I returned from work in the evening, so it might have been from the morning), bath towels and face towels were hung on the room doorknob. Perhaps no one was staying in the rooms next to mine, but if

The space and hospitality are impeccable. If you’re planning to stay in Nara, I highly recommend staying here at least once.
