We arrived by car, parked at the Hotel, and walked five minutes to AEON to watch an evening movie and have dinner. The breakfast area was spacious and clean, with counter seats by the window (the view is only of the parking lot). The scrambled eggs were delicious. It was also great that we could watch YouTube as a guest. We will stay again.

I used it because it has a natural Onsen. It is a relaxing bath. The bathing area is not too bright, but not too dark either, so you can unwind. Even older guests can feel at ease. Right in front of the station, with parking available (parking is charged separately). For this price, the quality felt like a great value.

Even though I arrived much later than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated me. I also enjoyed the wide variety of baths! Just one thing: many guests were barefoot inside the building, which I understand since it’s an Onsen, but if possible, it would be nice to have Japanese-style indoor footwear available (the disposable slippers in the Room were a bit small and hard to walk in), so those who want to wear them would have that option. A trip to Nara in the heat. But staying at this wonderful Accommodation helped me recover from the fatigue. I had written a birthday message for my friend, and they even surprised us by celebrating at breakfast. All of the staff were kind. This has become one of the Accommodations I’d like to stay at again.

It was a hot stay in Nara, but the property is close to Nara Station, with convenience stores and shopping facilities nearby, so we didn’t have to walk around much in the heat. The Room was clean, and it was great that the toilet and bathroom were separate. It was also helpful that we could store our luggage after check-out. We would like to stay again. I had dinner at the luxury auberge VILLA COMMUNICO in Nara. The location is at the foot (or maybe halfway up?) Mt. Wakakusa; it’s doable on foot, but a car is recommended. From the restaurant, Mt. Wakakusa is directly across the road, with deer here and there—an unmistakably Nara-like view. The Hotel as a whole is a renovated traditional Japanese house, creating a stylish space that still feels steeped in history. With only five rooms in total, it has a wonderfully secluded, hideaway atmosphere. Dinner starts all at once at 18:30. Guests gather in the second-floor lounge at 18:00 and relax with pre-meal tea while enjoying views of Mt. Wakakusa. When it’s time, you move down to the first floor. On entering, there’s an iconic fireplace and counter on the left. The first course is eaten standing while listening to the chef’s explanation—an unexpectedly unique experience. In particular, the dish combining bonito with molokhia and okra was outstanding. Courses are basically served simultaneously for everyone and paced to match slower diners overall, so dinner progresses at a leisurely speed. If you eat quickly, be aware there may be some downtime between courses.

The moment we arrived, my first thought was, “This is even more like a love hotel than I imagined!” When we entered the building, we didn’t understand the system, so we called a staff member using the phone at the front desk. That was the only person we met during our one-night stay. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and a spacious washing area, and you can even watch movies on the TV. I’m usually picky about pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were cheaper than at other Hotels. The amenities were surprisingly luxurious for these days—the body towel felt great to use, the toothbrushes were good quality, and there was even a ReFa hair dryer plus a hair iron! For breakfast I chose the BLT sandwich; it was delicious and came with coffee. It’s easy to access by car, and places like Toshodaiji Temple and Horyuji Temple were close by for sightseeing the next day. The price was low so I had no expectations at all, but it exceeded them in a great way!! It honestly felt more all-inclusive than the all-inclusive Accommodation we stayed at the next day (lol). Checkout is easy too. If I have another chance, I’d love to stay here again.

This was my second stay, and this time I visited with a friend. Compared to last time, the staff seemed more experienced, and everyone assisted us smoothly and courteously. It was very comfortable. The view from the large windows is wonderful no matter how many times you see it. The scenery from the open-air bath was also amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I truly enjoyed the creative dinner course, and I appreciate that you accommodated ingredients I don’t eat. The rice porridge with tea at breakfast was outstanding—I ate too much!! It would be nice to have even a small serving of fruit… One thing: the Shuttle Service bus stop is separate from the regular route stop, so we had to search for it. It might help if guests are told that it’s on the opposite side of the road from the station. We arrived around 4:15 p.m., but the welcome sweet (Narazuke cheesecake) was already gone, so we couldn’t try it, which was disappointing. I also appreciated the 11:00 a.m. checkout time. A small detail, but since there’s a step down at the restroom entrance, it’s easy to put slippers on and take them off smoothly—less stress overall. Thank you for taking care of us.

Given the price, I didn’t expect much, but it was wonderful. The location is near Kintetsu Nara Station and very convenient for convenience stores, restaurants, and sightseeing (with a nearby bus stop). The bed and Room were spacious and more than sufficient. Whenever we needed help, pressing the staff button brought prompt, efficient, and friendly assistance. Breakfast had a carefully selected variety of items and was enough for us. Considering the location, this quality at this price is simply excellent. I will stay here again when I visit Nara. Thank you very much.

I planned to go to Nara for a meal, and since I was there anyway, I stayed one night. The high ceiling and the curved vanity area made it feel more spacious than it actually was. It seemed almost fully booked and there were many families with children, but the Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathtub was also roomy. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and I’d like to come back again for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious too, with a clean and well-kept buffet.
