I caused you a great deal of trouble, but everyone spoke to me so kindly that it truly helped me. The price is almost too low! The in-room lotion was my favorite brand, there were two sinks, and both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. It was a shame there was no view from the open-air bath, but I found myself hoping—thinking from the owner’s perspective—that your service will continue just as it is so you won’t lose guests until the construction is finished. Even without a view from the window, this is a wonderful Ryokan. Thank you very much for everything.

This was my second stay, and once again I chose the Plan with dinner and breakfast. As before, the meals were simply outstanding. With a full-course meal these days, I sometimes feel full before reaching the main dish, but here I was able to enjoy everything through dessert. There are many dishes, yet it all feels wonderfully light. Not only is the food delicious, but it also leaves you feeling comfortable afterward, allowing you to make the most of your evening—an extremely satisfying course. Breakfast was just as great as ever, and I was happy to have the freshly baked croissants again. Thank you very much.

Because it was close to the station, it was very convenient to leave our luggage and easily head out by bus or train to sightseeing spots a little farther away. Since the Room had a private bath, we could relax without worrying about others, and the in-room foot massager was also provided, which helped relieve travel fatigue and was great.

It was in a wonderful location very close to Sarusawa Pond. From our room we could look out over the pond, and it was great to enjoy different views in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The five-story pagoda was under renovation so we couldn’t see it, but my husband was very happy with how close it was—he could go jogging and visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine and Nara Park early in the morning. Since my husband has a shrimp and crab allergy, they accommodated this as well, and we also requested an additional surprise birthday cake for him. We were truly impressed by the service from all of the staff. We chose a room with a hinoki cypress bath, so we were able to relax both in our room and at the large public bath. After checking out, we fed deer crackers to the deer near the hotel and then left using our rental car parked at their affiliated parking lot. We had a wonderful, fun, and delicious stay. I stayed for two nights with my son on my birthday. Every detail of the property showed great care, and the staff were warm and attentive, making our stay truly comfortable. The dinner course was far beyond simply “delicious”—it felt like a series of surprises and discoveries. Enjoying local ingredients in their place of origin. It wasn’t just the produce; it felt as if Nara itself was part of the cuisine. Rather than just feeling full, all five senses were satisfied, and for the first time in a while, dining itself felt like an “experience.” In the morning, Kasuga Taisha Shrine was wonderfully quiet and made for a perfect walk. We also climbed Mt. Wakakusa and took our time enjoying the views of Nara. Staying two nights allowed us to fully take it all in. I would love to visit again in a different season.

The Room had a private open-air bath, and it was amazing. We also really enjoyed the delicious drinks and snacks. The meals were generous in portion size, and the Yamato beef shabu-shabu was especially excellent. The kids were thrilled with the table tennis and board games too!

The Room was clean and comfortable, and the meals were very delicious. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, with many tasty Japanese and Western options, and we also enjoyed local specialties such as persimmon leaf sushi and Nara pickles. It was a truly enjoyable trip, and we would love to stay again.

I booked about an hour before arrival, and they still welcomed me very warmly. From the moment I arrived by car, the service was excellent, and the welcome drink was delicious. Because it was so last-minute, there weren’t any larger rooms available, but the room I was shown was very clean and stylish. The amenities were well stocked, and I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. The large public bath was also spotless and left me feeling wonderfully warm. There were also a post-bath lounge area, a kids’ room, and a rooftop terrace, and I really appreciated the complimentary bite-sized sorbet and drinks as well as the evening cake service. It’s been a while since I’ve stayed at an inn where every staff member was so friendly and attentive. Next time, I’d love to bring my parents and stay in a larger room. The deer decor in the interior was also adorable. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. All of the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and made for a wonderful dining experience. They also prepared a birthday dessert plate at the end, which helped us create a special birthday memory! The room we booked for the hinoki bath was very clean, well maintained, and combined with the surrounding atmosphere, the air felt wonderfully fresh. Of course, the hinoki bath itself was spacious, and we were able to relax and unwind. We were occasionally surprised by some noise from nearby rooms, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

It was a Hotel I booked for my wife. She said the large public bath was spacious and relaxing. She also said the breakfast had a good variety, so it never got boring.

On October 15, I stayed at Nara Hotel with my niece, traveling from Tokyo to attend the tea offering ceremony held as part of the Lusana Buddha statue dedication commemorative service at the Great Buddha Hall of Todai-ji Temple. From the staff who welcomed us to the front desk team, everyone was kind and courteous, and we enjoyed a very comfortable two-night stay. For breakfast, I had chagayu (tea porridge) on the first morning; every dish made with local Nara ingredients was delicious. The next day I chose a Western-style breakfast, which was also well balanced, and I finished everything both days. I love Nara, so when I visit again, I would definitely like to stay at Nara Hotel.

The moment we arrived, my first thought was, “This is even more like a love hotel than I imagined!” When we entered the building, we didn’t understand the system, so we called a staff member using the phone at the front desk. That was the only person we met during our one-night stay. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and a spacious washing area, and you can even watch movies on the TV. I’m usually picky about pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were cheaper than at other Hotels. The amenities were surprisingly luxurious for these days—the body towel felt great to use, the toothbrushes were good quality, and there was even a ReFa hair dryer plus a hair iron! For breakfast I chose the BLT sandwich; it was delicious and came with coffee. It’s easy to access by car, and places like Toshodaiji Temple and Horyuji Temple were close by for sightseeing the next day. The price was low so I had no expectations at all, but it exceeded them in a great way!! It honestly felt more all-inclusive than the all-inclusive Accommodation we stayed at the next day (lol). Checkout is easy too. If I have another chance, I’d love to stay here again.

We arrived by car, parked at the Hotel, and walked five minutes to AEON to watch an evening movie and have dinner. The breakfast area was spacious and clean, with counter seats by the window (the view is only of the parking lot). The scrambled eggs were delicious. It was also great that we could watch YouTube as a guest. We will stay again.

The station is close, so we not only visited Nara but also went out to Namba this time. After arriving by car, they kindly stored our luggage and we took the train to Namba. We ate takoyaki and wandered around. On the second day, we went to Heijo Palace Site. We drove there, but while walking around we realized we had come right next to the hotel.

We had another very comfortable stay! The room, meals, bath, and hospitality were all excellent. The food in particular was outstanding—made with local ingredients and thoughtfully tied in with local events. We’ll be back again. Thank you!

I stayed for one night the other day. I visited the Executive Lounge several times and was able to relax. My family travels to various places every year, and this is by far the No. 1 hotel we’ve ever stayed at. From our room we could check how crowded the large public bath was, the food was delicious, and the entire hotel was clean and comfortable. When I travel to the Kansai area, I’d love to stay here again—actually, I want to come back as soon as possible.

The hospitality is outstanding. This was my first stay, and the staff’s service was excellent! Dinner featuring creative cuisine while enjoying Nara’s night view feels truly extraordinary. The complimentary private open-air bath was also amazing.

The food was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were wonderful. The flute performance was lively and made for a fun, memorable experience!

We stayed during Silver Week. Check-in went smoothly with no issues, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was also helpful that we could use the Hotel’s paid parking lot by applying in advance.

This was my second stay this year, and the location is convenient—you can get here from the station without getting wet. The view from the room was great, and everything is compact and well organized, so I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience.
