We arrived by car, parked at the Hotel, and walked five minutes to AEON to watch an evening movie and have dinner. The breakfast area was spacious and clean, with counter seats by the window (the view is only of the parking lot). The scrambled eggs were delicious. It was also great that we could watch YouTube as a guest. We will stay again.

I was able to stay at a great price by making a last-minute Reservation the day before. It’s conveniently located near the station and faces the shopping street. The room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Since I stayed on Sunday, many restaurants were closed, which was a bit disappointing. Byodoin Temple is within walking distance. If I have the chance, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

Even though I arrived much later than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated me. I also enjoyed the wide variety of baths! Just one thing: many guests were barefoot inside the building, which I understand since it’s an Onsen, but if possible, it would be nice to have Japanese-style indoor footwear available (the disposable slippers in the Room were a bit small and hard to walk in), so those who want to wear them would have that option. Sorry for such a luxury request. I’m grateful to the kind front desk staff and to everyone on the team.

We stayed as a family of five, including three children! The Room has a toilet, shower room, and electric kettle. We stayed in a second-floor Room, and right after going down the stairs there was a shared kitchen with a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and more. There was also a dispenser where we could easily get water, tea, and coffee. There is a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. Wi-Fi is available too! If I had to ask for one thing, it would have been nice to have a TV.

The Room was clean and conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around.

I used this accommodation for work and travel in Kyoto (with my family of four). Since accommodations in Kyoto city were expensive, we decided to stay here as we were traveling by car. It takes about 30-40 minutes from Kyoto city, and there is an onsen facility nearby, along with restaurants and supermarkets, which was convenient. The hotel facilities were clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The parking lot was also large and convenient. Breakfast was great as well. I think I will choose this place again next time.
