This is my second stay. The staff, the cleanliness throughout the property, the bath, and the Room were all very comfortable. I also love the atmosphere—it really feels like Nagata, or Osaka. The location near the station and the excellent access are perfect! I will definitely stay again!

Despite issues on our side with the Reservation, your staff responded kindly and courteously—thank you very much. Even without our dog, you warmly welcomed our family stay, which made us very happy. We truly appreciate your thoughtful hospitality. We were also very satisfied with the bath and the meals, and we were able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. We would love to visit again.
