Maruto Soy Sauce, the oldest soy sauce brewery in Nara Prefecture, has been reborn as a soy sauce brewery where you can stay overnight.Founded in 1689, Maruto Soy Sauce was once a purveyor to the Imperial Household and even hosted members of the Imperial Family. However, after World War II, the brewery was forced to close due to the inability to procure satisfactory raw materials.
