We stayed one night in an “Omakase Suite (with breakfast).” Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t see a beautiful sunset or sunrise, but the spacious, clean, and very comfortable bathroom (about 100 m²) made it an absolutely wonderful stay. The Hotel’s hospitality and service

The pool in the courtyard had two shallow depth options, which were perfect for our 5- and 3-year-old children. They also lent out water guns, and having a swimsuit spin dryer was very helpful. At night, there was a free lottery next to the front desk and a small festival-style game area (paid, around 200 yen), and we felt they had really put thought into it. We were allowed to use our own handheld fireworks (not sold on-site) in the courtyard, and when we brought some, they kindly lent us a bucket filled with water and a lighter. Meals were served in the Room for both breakfast and dinner, with great portions and flavor—our whole family was very satisfied. The baths operated on a rotating schedule: the women’s bath was on the 4th floor at night and on the 3rd floor in the morning. The 4th floor did not have an open-air bath but did have a sauna. It was at a comfortable temperature that children could also use. The 3rd floor did not have a sauna, but it had an open-air bath, which we also enjoyed. The view from our Room was beautiful as well, and we were glad to be able to see the morning sunrise.

We booked this Accommodation for our annual summer trip as a couple, as we had wanted to visit for a long time. Although the Accommodation is surrounded by the sea, it was calm with little rocky-shore scent, and the sea breeze felt fresh and pleasant. There are only four Rooms, and after researching in advance, we made a Reservation for a Room close to the deck and the ocean—exactly the location we loved. Inside, there was a faint scent of wood, and details like a small raised tatami area and subtly varied wood grain in parts of the flooring made it simple yet very comfortable. It’s a small thing, but I was also happy they had a good-quality hair iron available. For activities, we tried SUP and the sunset cruise. It was cloudy, but that actually meant it wasn’t too hot, so we were able to fully enjoy both. My husband also enjoyed listening to records on the audio system in the lobby (I think). We had planned to watch the stars by a bonfire after dinner, but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate… however, the staff prepared sparklers for us, and we were able to enjoy them quietly. The meal was a course menu that reflected glimpses of the local-born chef’s unique creativity, and it was fun just imagining what would come next from reading the menu. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, but perhaps because of their background in Japanese cuisine, the dashi-based soup in particular tasted exceptional. Also, although everyone working in the kitchen seemed young, they created such a pleasant atmosphere and appeared well trained in their respective fields. It was a short trip, but it felt like an escape from everyday life and left us refreshed—I think I can work hard again. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. This was our first stay with three dogs. The meals and the Onsen were excellent. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind, making this a truly warm and welcoming Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room.\nIt was me, my daughter and her husband, and my grandchild (1 year and 2 months old). The Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably.\nUnfortunately it rained that day, so there was no stargazing at Tenmonkan,\nbut we were able to enjoy Aqua Palace and Tomoyama-no-Yu for two days.\nIt was my grandchild’s first time in a pool, but photography was not allowed, so we couldn’t take any pictures,\nwhich was a bit disappointing.\nAlso, if it hadn’t been raining, we would have liked to take a walk around the Hotel.\nBy the way, we saw a wild boar from our Room in the evening.

The Shuttle Service driver was very kind and welcomed us with a smile, and also saw us off when we left, which felt very pleasant. We were able to relax and enjoy the entire Accommodation, the Onsen, and the meals, and we were satisfied overall. However, one of the highlights is probably the lounge, but the beer in the lounge server had run out, and even after we informed staff it wasn’t replenished promptly, which was disappointing. Other guests seemed disappointed as well. Since many guests use it during busy check-in times—and I think many people come specifically for the lounge—I would like to see some improvements from the Accommodation side, such as having one staff member stationed there during that time slot only, or if staffing is difficult, providing canned beer just for those hours.

We stayed as a family for our daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time. We love campfires, so we were very happy that plenty of firewood was prepared. While adding logs to keep the fire going, we were able to relax and enjoy watching the flames. The dog run was spacious, and our dogs looked like they were having a great time. Since it’s on slightly higher ground and there are kites around, you can’t take your eyes off them. Because it was cold, we couldn’t stay outside for long. There is a dog-only Room connected to the living room, and it was spacious enough even for large dogs. We were a little disappointed that the bedroom is upstairs, away from the dogs. Considering hygiene, though, it’s understandable. It was difficult to set the bath temperature. The dining table has a built-in hot plate, which is a big plus because you can eat grilled food while it’s still warm. I’m not usually a fan of saunas, but I really enjoyed this one. It’s great that there is a tub outside the sauna where you can fill water or hot water. Since we visited during very cold weather with below-freezing temperatures, we didn’t use the cold plunge. Everything was very clean, and the grounds were well maintained with thorough cleaning and pruning throughout. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

We signed up for the sunset cruise at check-in. The beautiful sunset and the owner’s easy-to-follow stories made it a truly valuable experience. The cruise time changes depending on the sunset. Breakfast was also plentiful, with homemade dried fish and yogurt, among other items. We were completely full. It seems to be family-run, and everyone was kind and welcoming—such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with a group of seven men. The view from the windows, the open and airy living room, and the well-appointed guest rooms—everything was simply outstanding! If I had to mention anything, it may be difficult due to the location, but clearing the fallen leaves in the garden at check-in might make the beautiful scenery stand out even more. Also, if the area where the outdoor furniture is placed were kept a bit cleaner, we could enjoy ourselves even more from the moment we start getting settled. That said, even taking those points into account, this was a truly wonderful Accommodation with nothing to complain about! We would definitely love to stay again if we have another opportunity. The room I stayed in felt outdated overall, and the three-piece unit bathroom was particularly small and inconvenient. However, everything else was clean and well-maintained. The view from the accommodation lived up to its reputation as a "scenic inn," offering stunning sunsets. A sandy beach is just a short walk away, making it ideal for swimming in summer. Guests can enjoy a private open-air bath once for free. There are two options: a cypress bath and a larger-than-usual tub bath; I recommend the tub bath for its size. Although the public bath lacked scenic views, I had it all to myself during my visit, allowing me to relax fully with plenty of space. The meals were exceptional both morning and evening—highly recommended for sashimi or seafood lovers! The spiny lobster sashimi was sweet and incredibly delicious. The next morning's spiny lobster miso soup had rich flavors from the broth and was equally delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making this an accommodation I'd love to visit again!

Even when we arrived early 10 years ago on a family trip, they kindly let us use the pool. This time we stayed as a couple, and just like 10 years ago, all the staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay here again.
