The semi-outdoor terrace dining area provides unique experiences such as professional BBQs, bonfires, saunas, cold baths, hammocks, and more, exclusive to the villa. Property Katsuo Minshuku Yutaka offers fresh seafood prepared by the fisherman owner. In spring and summer, enjoy abalone, and in autumn and winter, savor Ise lobster, pufferfish, and other seasonal seafood in abundance. Additionally, the winter delicacy "Anori Fugu," a Mie brand, can be enjoyed at a reasonable price. The property is an old building but provides a simple and nostalgic space for relaxation. Our facility is a membership-based villa resort. On select dates, non-members are also welcome to stay. With a limited number of rooms, it is possible to rent out the entire facility for private use. A fully equipped communal kitchen is also available free of charge. You can purchase groceries and seasonings at a nearby supermarket, making it ideal for family gatherings or large group activities with high flexibility in your stay. Additionally, we are located just 40 minutes by car from Ise Jingu Shrine and 15 minutes by car from Shima Mediterranean Village and Shima Spain Village—perfect for sightseeing!
