Opening on April 26, 2024, this exclusive rental villa in the Ise-Shima area accommodates only one group per day. Spanning a vast 2,600 square meters, the property faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a luxurious location to enjoy the sunrise through expansive windows. The semi-outdoor terrace dining area provides unique experiences such as professional BBQs, bonfires, saunas, cold baths, hammocks, and more, exclusive to the villa. A quiet Accommodation overlooking Ago Bay, featuring an all-hinoki interior that creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy a relaxing bath while taking in the surrounding scenery, wrapped in the soothing scent of hinoki—ideal for unwinding and relieving fatigue. We also serve seafood-rich kaiseki cuisine made with fresh local fish. There are 13 Rooms, accommodating up to 60 guests. All Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator; please note that some Rooms do not have a toilet or washbasin. In the dining area, you can enjoy delicious meals in a space generously finished with hinoki wood.

At the hidden property in Oku-Shima, you can savor fresh and high-quality seafood. While maintaining the traditional atmosphere of a ryokan, all rooms are equipped with UV catalytic air purifiers for a safe stay. Although there is no ocean view from the rooms, we offer heartfelt relaxation with delicious cuisine and natural onsen. We feature the rare Nansei Sakura-yama Onsen, unique to this area, for you to enjoy.

Our facility is a membership-based villa resort. On select dates, non-members are also welcome to stay. With a limited number of rooms, it is possible to rent out the entire facility for private use. A fully equipped communal kitchen is also available free of charge. You can purchase groceries and seasonings at a nearby supermarket, making it ideal for family gatherings or large group activities with high flexibility in your stay. Additionally, we are located just 40 minutes by car from Ise Jingu Shrine and 15 minutes by car from Shima Mediterranean Village and Shima Spain Village—perfect for sightseeing!
