The traditional Japanese house that once operated as a fountain pen shop has been reborn as a high-quality Property. Inspired by the history of fountain pens, which were once the livelihood of Gose, we offer a serene stay where you can reflect your thoughts on paper. Enjoy a moment of tranquility with spacious rooms, peaceful time, and lush green views that soothe the soul. Dinner is served at the Western-style restaurant Kemuri. We present GOSE Local Gastronomy (expressing the region's climate, history, culture, and agricultural, forestry, and fishery practices through "cuisine"). Featuring ingredients unique to Gose, such as kudzu and duck, paired with local sake nurtured by the rich waters of Gose, we propose Western-style dishes that are loved by all. Western cuisine here is both nostalgic and innovative. GOSE Local Gastronomy is a fusion of local ingredients, a space filled with a sense of nostalgia, and the creativity of a cutting-edge chef.
