We stayed here on a trip with friends and our children! With so many play areas, a hot stone spa, breakfast and dinner buffets, late-night snacks, afternoon tea, karaoke, and a wide selection of amenities to choose from, every service was excellent and delicious. The staff were all kind as well—this was one of the most satisfying trips we’ve ever had! We made the most of it from 12:00 to 14:00 the next day, but we still wished we could stay one more night. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

This was my fourth stay. I’m satisfied every time I visit. The bath is outstanding, and after the renovation it feels even more upgraded. The staff are all kind, and the breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious, which I really appreciate. I’d love to stay again.

I stay here about four times a year. The Onsen is, of course, very relaxing, but above all, the kaiseki cuisine is so delicious that I miss it even after returning home. I also truly appreciate being able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace with in-room dining. In addition, the attendants who bring the dishes are very kind and always chat with me pleasantly even when they are busy, which has become one of my favorite parts of the stay. I also love the popular theater performances—the theater is spacious, so I can watch comfortably and feel at ease. I would like to continue staying here in the future as well. With prices rising everywhere, we made a Reservation after seeing an unbelievably reasonable rate. Our group stayed for two nights on August 11 and 12. From the manager to the front desk and dining staff, everyone’s service was outstanding. When we called before our stay, they listened carefully and responded kindly. On the day of arrival, our match ended earlier than expected and we requested an early check-in; they graciously offered us a meeting room to use until housekeeping was finished. They also provided ice the next day, and accommodated our requests with genuine warmth—we truly appreciate it. As a group, we may have caused some inconvenience to other guests, but we sincerely hope to stay here again when we visit this area. Thank you very much! The Room may feel slightly small, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator. A convenience store is less than a minute away.

I was a bit worried since it’s basically unmanned, but the email communication was courteous and thorough. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a long bath. I think there were other guests based on the number of shoes at the entrance, but it was surprisingly quiet. There are slippers (sandals) to get from the entrance to the Room, but if you’re concerned about hygiene, you might want to bring disposable slippers. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff were very helpful, and when I returned the next day, I was happy to find fresh towels hanging on the doorknob. The bathroom was small, but I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

The front desk staff came from various countries, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The property was clean, and the Room was spacious. I would like to stay here again.

The location was very convenient, close to every station, which was a great help. The Accommodation was clean, and the Room amenities were well stocked. The toiletries were also easy to use. Check-in and check-out can be done either at the front desk or via a machine, so everything is smooth. The elevator requires a guest card to access the upper floors, which provides good security. I had a very pleasant stay—thank you very much.

I always stay here when I visit Osaka. In the past, only a thin face towel, a toothbrush, and tissues were provided, and bath towels had to be purchased. Now you can borrow a sturdy face towel, a bath towel, and a toothbrush for free. It’s affordable and convenient, which really helps. I’ll stay again.

We visited this Hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. During the day, we enjoyed chatting in our Room, and with the Executive Floor benefits we spent an elegant time in the 1st-floor lounge while enjoying high-quality plated food and drinks. That evening, we had a celebratory dinner course at Ryuhou, the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere was luxurious and refined, and the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We were able to fully enjoy an elegant and delicious Chinese course meal. They even added a congratulatory message to our dessert plate, and being able to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime anniversary at this Hotel—and at Ryuhou—made us truly happy! Our Junior Suite offered a panoramic view of Sakai City from a high floor. Separated from the bedroom area, there was a spacious sofa and table arranged comfortably. It was quiet, and since the in-room minibar was complimentary, it was perfect for relaxing and chatting while enjoying canned beer and snacks. The bathroom area is also luxurious, with a separate shower booth and toilet, plus a jet bath function. From our east-facing Room, we could also faintly see the UNESCO World Heritage site of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb amid the cityscape of Sakai. As a local sightseeing recommendation: Daisen Park is about 10 minutes by car from the Hotel. Within its grounds there is an attraction where you can ride in a hot-air balloon; from about 100 meters up you can take in the majestic view of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb. I highly recommend taking a short trip for this balloon experience! The views from above—Sakai City, Osaka Bay, the Ikoma mountain range, and keyhole-shaped kofun burial mounds—are breathtaking. This Hotel has been my favorite for many years. I’ve stayed here for anniversaries like this one or simply to spend relaxing holidays. During COVID-19 restrictions when it was difficult to travel outside Osaka Prefecture, I refreshed myself by changing my mood in Rooms with beautiful views. One year when a typhoon was approaching, I also stayed here for safety reasons and spent the night with peace of mind. No matter what is happening around us, all of your staff have always provided consistent hospitality and welcomed me with calm smiles—I am truly grateful every time. With so many wonderful staff members here, I’m convinced once again that this will continue to be a beloved Hotel for years to come! I will definitely visit again!

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Osaka because of the spacious Room and convenient access. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate! There was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk had an ice machine and kitchen items available to borrow, so it felt like it would be comfortable even for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, which made it great for going out for food and drinks. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have another chance to visit Osaka.

I have stayed here many times. This time, I added one more night at short notice, and thanks to a Room upgrade, I didn’t have to change Rooms, which was very helpful. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration! I always look forward to breakfast. I will continue to stay here in the future.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

My mother, who isn’t used to staying at a Hotel alone, was well taken care of. She was worried about whether she could use the machine by herself for both check-in and check-out, but the staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in, and the breakfast was delicious—she was very satisfied! Thank you so much!!

I stayed for four nights on business. It was just a few minutes from the station, and the rate with breakfast included was very reasonable. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The toilet and bath were shared, but I had no problems at all. The large public bath was open from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am at night and from 6:00 am to 9:00 am in the morning, so I enjoyed it many times. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet had a wider variety of ingredients than I expected. The selection changed slightly each day, so even after four nights I didn’t get tired of it and found it very satisfying. It seemed that Ariake High School (Kumamoto’s representative for Koshien) was staying there that day, but I didn’t run into them in the public bath or dining area. It looked like group guests were assigned a separate Room for meals. Since it’s so reasonably priced, I’d like to stay here again when I’m on a business trip to Sakai.

I made a Reservation for a 2-night, 3-day stay for three relatives (a parent and child) who came all the way from Chiba to visit my mother’s grave after she passed away in April. They said the bath and meals were great, and that the curry was delicious too. However, since there was no Room for three people, I booked two Rooms. Even though I informed you in advance, the Rooms were too far apart, which was inconvenient and disappointing.
