In Inuyama, it has also been transformed into sake, supporting the health of local people for over 400 years. Our accommodation is located in a former brewery and main house where this honeysuckle sake was crafted. It is a place to experience the "healthy living" and "gentle moments" that this plant inspires. All of this takes place in the quiet streets of Inuyama, away from the hustle and bustle. With a glass of sake, a bowl of rice, and the fragrance of one flower— we hope to bring gentle space to your heart and body.
