From the rooftop "Sky Open-Air Bath," you can enjoy the scenic beauty of the peninsula and islands, which change dramatically with the seasons and times of day, creating a magical atmosphere. Meals feature luxurious ingredients such as "red shrimp" caught at Nishiura and Katahara fishing ports, along with the abundant seafood of Mikawa Bay.
