A Hotel where satisfaction comes from the thoughtful sum of small details—everything about the Room, bath, and breakfast makes you think, “I’m glad they had this,” rather than relying on flashy services. Comfortable pillows and loungewear, adjustable bright Room lighting, a towel rack, and a key-card power system that controls only the lights (outlets and air conditioning stay on). The large public bath is an Onsen, with partitioned washing areas for privacy. Breakfast is well balanced, with many pre-portioned small bowls and plates so there’s no hassle serving yourself. Staff in white coats even plate items for you with care. Among the many Business Hotel chains, few Hotels deliver this level of satisfaction.

My family stayed in a triple room. All the staff were kind and helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and dinner included rice bowls, both provided free of charge. The Hotel was also well cleaned throughout and very tidy.

A new Hotel close to the station. The bed was Simmons and very comfortable. I was thirsty, so I enjoyed a welcome drink of coffee and Earl Grey tea using the electric kettle in the Room. The amenities were well-prepared, and above all, the Room felt clean and pleasant. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Breakfast was also satisfying; the grilled mackerel with salt was hot and delicious. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Okazaki!

The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. I will use it again. If I’m being strict, there is no Onsen, and there were a few spots in the Room that felt a bit dated, so I rated those 4 stars. Overall, it’s 5 stars. Thank you very much.

I had to book after noon on the day due to a sudden business trip, but fortunately there was a vacancy and I was able to stay. This was my second stay, and the front desk staff were courteous. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you as well for keeping my ice packs for me! I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was a one-night stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent in both taste and variety. The selection of welcome drinks was also abundant and enjoyable. The charging facilities were well-equipped, which was very helpful. There was only one downside: there were cobwebs in some places, which bothered me a little. Overall, I think it is a very good Hotel. I would like to use it again.

The staff are very friendly, the Room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. Although not large, there is a public bath and even a sauna, which is rare for a Business Hotel. The Hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces considering its location near the station.

I stayed on the 6th floor for over a week. For some reason, only the 6th floor has an ice machine, a microwave, and vending machines. Also, perhaps because it’s a middle floor, the elevators seem designed so that one is always waiting on the 6th floor. I felt a bit sorry for guests on other floors, but I was glad to be on the 6th. The bath is available from 5:00 a.m., and breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m., which was great because it helped me get ready early for work. At this Business Hotel, having dinner included free of charge is one of its signature features. I was very satisfied.

With both dinner and breakfast included, this price is amazing. When I mistakenly went to the main building, I saw a large selection of manga and thought I could borrow them, but it wasn’t possible in the annex. I would have been happy if manga borrowing had been available.

The view from the Room was wonderful, with beautiful scenery such as Okazaki Castle and the river. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many healthy options that helped soothe my tired body. The bath also had a great view, and I was able to relax. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. It was nice that it was close enough to walk from the station. The welcome drink? I could also have alcohol, and it was delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The bath was clean as well. However, since there is only one bath that alternates between men’s and women’s use, it was a bit inconvenient having to plan my bathing time around the schedule. The location was easy to find, very affordable, and comfortable. We also appreciated the light breakfast in the morning. Great value for money—I’d love to stay again!
