Narimasu Subway Station × Highly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

I stayed for two nights for my son's entrance exam. The front desk staff was very kind and supportive, which was very reassuring. The restaurant was under construction, so breakfast was a bento box, but it was nice to be able to choose from Japanese, Western, and curry options. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
