Higashi-Ginza Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.

This was my second stay, and it was very comfortable again. It’s simple, but the Room and bathroom are always spotless, making every stay pleasant. It’s very relaxing, I sleep well, and it’s truly comfortable!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was clean, and since it was on the ladies-only floor, the DHC amenities were excellent! It’s a shame the ladies-only floor will be discontinued, but disposable items are available at the front desk. If you could also offer hair irons for loan, that would be great. Whenever I stay at a Business Hotel, I always wish there were anti-bedhead hair styling water available (even as a loan item).

This was our second 2-night, 3-day stay since New Year’s. We love the breakfast buffet in the second-floor banquet hall. There is a wide variety, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. Sometimes the omelets were brought to our table and sometimes not (understandable during busy times). The atmosphere is not cold or overly businesslike, and the staff—pleasantly attentive without being overly formal—made our stay very comfortable. Thank you again for everything.

It’s a bit of a walk from Ginza Station, but since it’s Ginza, the walk is enjoyable. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separated was very convenient. For breakfast, you place the small dishes on your tray as you go, so you don’t keep people behind you waiting—stress-free and really nice. Above all, everything was delicious. My husband was especially happy to have shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in the morning. The service was also excellent. Thank you for taking care of us.

Due to the typhoon, it rained throughout our stay. However, the location was excellent—everything was within walking distance even in the rain, making it extremely convenient. I’ve stayed at Daiwa Roynet before and had great experiences everywhere, so I came to Ginza Premier with high expectations. The front desk staff were very kind and left a great impression. Although it was a Compact Twin room, the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and everything was clean, so we had a comfortable stay. It was a bit disappointing to notice slight dirt behind the faucet of the washbasin. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I’d been curious about the fruit sandwiches here for a while, and by staying this time I finally got to try them. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a great variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, which I really enjoyed. Everything I tried was delicious. The fruit sandwiches were excellent too—the cream was lightly sweetened, and the fruit was fresh and tasty. There were also smoothies and green juice, so the drink selection felt well stocked. The location was great: quiet yet convenient for shopping, which I loved. The amenities were SEKKISEI, which was a nice touch. The shampoo had a sweet almond scent that felt very relaxing.

This is my regular Accommodation when I’m on business in Tokyo. It’s centrally located in Ginza, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I also appreciate that there are no unnecessary services. The cloakroom service is efficient and professional. There seem to be many international guests, and the overall atmosphere feels refined. I’d like to stay here again.

I occasionally stay at hotels in the Ginza area, but this stay was the most satisfying so far. The price range of around 40,000 yen is just right for Ginza—not too expensive or too cheap. The flow from the entrance to the room was smooth, and the large public bath was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a great sense of style throughout. Additionally, the fragrance inside the elevator was very pleasant—it made me curious about which brand's scent was being used because it smelled wonderful. What stood out most was how staff handled a situation when I accidentally left my ring in a locker at the public bath. Despite it being after closing hours, a front desk staff member kindly and promptly searched for it and helped me recover it—I am truly grateful for their assistance. Among all my stays in Ginza accommodations so far, this hotel has been my favorite by far. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! (As an IKYU Diamond Member, I would be even happier if more perks were added for Diamond members in the future!)

We stayed for a one-night, two-day getaway as a couple. Travel memories are shaped by many things—weather, delicious food, scenery—but also by the connections you make along the way. On the day we arrived, we walked over 20,000 steps in humid weather before reaching the Hotel. The front desk staff’s warm smile was wonderful. We were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable evening. Of course, breakfast was great too. Thank you! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

About a three-minute walk from the Kabuki-za Theatre, it was very convenient—I could return right away even after the evening performance ended. This time I stayed on the Executive Floor, so in the evening I relaxed at the bar, enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres while taking in Ginza’s streetscape and night views. The platter included smoked salmon and prosciutto, and I could also choose pickles and nuts; it was great that these were included. For alcohol there was champagne, several wines, whisky, and sake, but cocktails were charged separately. I took some soup back to my Room and it was delicious, but carrying hot soup to the Room in a paper cup felt unsafe. The Room was a twin; not spacious, but it had a separate bathroom with a rain shower. There is a washing area, but no space for changing clothes. When I first entered the Room, it was lovely that the curtains opened with music. The view faced another building, but I could still enjoy some night scenery at an angle. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was fluent and polite. On departure day when I asked about transportation to Yokohama, I was told to walk to Ginza Station rather than use nearby Higashi-Ginza Station—but you can go directly from Higashi-Ginza Station too, right? When pulling a suitcase through Ginza, shorter is better—so why?

This was my first stay. The Room was compact, but the sink area and bathroom were separate, which was great. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would be happy to do so. Thank you very much.

This was my first four-night stay since the COVID-19 pandemic. The welcome sweets, 24-hour drink service, and the newly introduced laundry compression machine were very helpful. The front desk staff were courteous at all times, and I had a comfortable stay. The lighting is bright enough for working and doing makeup as well. However, it was disappointing that on some days the bath towels had a slight damp smell.

This is a simple Business Hotel in Ginza, close to Shimbashi. Since my destination Facility was nearby, that alone was more than enough for me. As I stayed on a Sunday, the price was reasonable.

The location, room, and service were all excellent. I will stay here when I visit Ginza.

Business Trip Compared to during the COVID-19 period, amenities have been simplified quite a bit, but everything you need is still provided. In particular, the free evening cafe bar time is enjoyable even if you don’t drink alcohol. The staff were attentive at all hours, which made for a very pleasant stay. This time I stayed in a single Room for business, and I appreciated that the Room setup was thoughtfully arranged for that purpose. Each day I walked to the work site, and when I returned to the Hotel, I relaxed in the large public bath to soothe the day’s fatigue. In the morning, I woke up and opened the curtains to take in views of Ginza. It was an excellent business trip.
