The location was great and very convenient. The Hotel has a retro atmosphere. Everything was well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful! Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

It’s just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I always stay here. The Room is clean, it’s quiet with no noise from next door, and I can relax well. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are always friendly and pleasant.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

It was a quiet, relaxing, and stylish Accommodation. From the Setagaya-Daita ticket gate, the lush green path felt like arriving at a sightseeing spot you wouldn’t expect to find in the city center—it was wonderful. The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both delicious, the Room was spotless, and I slept soundly—an amazing staycation. I worried the bath might be crowded if there were day-use guests, but it wasn’t at all; both at night and in the morning I had it all to myself, which was great. It was very clean as well. There is no cleansing oil or face wash in the bath area, so be sure to bring your own from your Room. I couldn’t make it to the tea lounge or bar because I was already full, but everything looked delicious. My child happened to be quiet so it was fine, but since this is a calm Accommodation, energetic kids might stand out. I didn’t see many families with children. Also, there are shoji screens in the Room, so if you have a child who might tear them you may feel on edge during your stay. At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far for an Onsen can be tough, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recommend it!

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

Very close to Bellesalle. The Room was comfortable, with the bathtub and shower separated from the toilet. It was a very quiet environment, and I had a relaxing stay. I was able to get a lot of work done as well. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station with easy access. Compared to other Hotel Rooms of the same 20 m² size, the bedroom was more spacious and comfortable. Since it is located in the lively Shibuya Station area, you can enjoy dining and sightseeing, making it a Hotel well-suited for long stays.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

When staying at accommodations, using a different hair dryer than my own often leaves my hair feeling rough, but drying with the ReFa left it shiny and smooth—I was truly impressed. Due to limited time, I headed to the 25th-floor restaurant for breakfast buffet right at its 6:30

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.
