I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!

The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very pleasant experience. The staff were all kind and welcoming. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, yet I was able to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for providing such a peaceful space.

I stayed with a friend as two guests. The Hotel lobby was fully open and felt like a wonderful space where many people gathered. We also enjoyed it with coffee in hand, sitting on the benches outside. The Room was simple, and the mattress had just the right firmness for me, so I slept well. The service that lets you listen to records in each Room was unique, and we were able to enjoy some records we’d been curious about.
