I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. It was close to Nishi-Shinjuku, which was convenient for elderly guests. The Room was bright, the TV was large, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a pleasant stay. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and all the staff were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing meal. Breakfast also offered a great variety; the Japanese dishes were delicious, and the freshly cooked pancakes were unique and tasty as well. This is a Hotel we would like to visit again when we come to Tokyo. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.

With its direct access to Shibuya Station and a well-balanced mix of room quality and price, this Hotel is the best choice whenever you have plans around Shibuya. As for the Facility, there’s no lounge or pool, so it’s not really a place to enjoy the stay itself; however, if your goal is to go out and have fun nearby, it feels acceptable. I was impressed that the cosmetics were Sekkisei, but the Stephen Knoll shampoo and conditioner were clearly too watery and left something to be desired.

The Room was clean, and we had no complaints. Thank you again for your hospitality.

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

A Room with a wonderful view and a lovely selection of furnishings. I wish I could have stayed longer. I wanted to go for a walk to places like Shinjuku Gyoen, but I couldn’t figure out how to get there. Everyone answered politely when I asked, but no one proactively offered guidance, which was the only disappointment.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

I recently stayed at the accommodation for a special occasion. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided exceptionally courteous service. The foreign staff members were also highly proficient in Japanese, allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. We celebrated a birthday in the room this time, and the heartfelt message included with the room service hors d'oeuvres deeply moved the birthday celebrant. The Beef BOX was also incredibly delicious, creating wonderful memories for us. I was delighted to find hair oil available at the amenity bar, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The room offered a view of Tokyo Tower, allowing us to enjoy stunning scenery from dusk until late at night. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for making our special day truly unforgettable!

I noticed a hotel in Hiroshima and found out there is one in Shinjuku as well. I stayed there during my trip to Tokyo because I heard there is a delicious bakery and it has a stylish atmosphere. There are many comments that it is frequently used by foreigners, and the dim lighting inside gives it an overseas travel vibe. (I like dimly lit hotels abroad) On the other hand, the room has been renovated and is clean, featuring popular modern Japanese interior design. Personally, I found the interior and the front desk service comfortable, and with the diverse clientele, I hardly heard any Japanese (though Japanese is understood), which made it very relaxing. The breakfast and Italian food are also delicious. The location is good, so it's easy to take a stroll to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building's observation deck at night. I definitely want to stay there again.

It was my first time using a dormitory, and although I was initially anxious, I had no issues. I was generally satisfied with the location, price range, and service. With the meal-included Plan, I enjoyed delicious curry and drinks, and the staff's detailed explanations left a positive impression. I would love to use it again if given the opportunity. Located across from Mega Don Quijote, the upper floors of the multi-purpose commercial facility "Dogenzaka-dori" house the Hotel. Follow the pathway inside and you'll find a sign for the Hotel. The room is compact but cleverly designed, offering enough space to open suitcases comfortably. There’s a niche by the entrance that perfectly fits two suitcases, making your stay efficient and spacious. From reception to elevators and room interiors, artistic decor creates a stylish atmosphere. The reception staff were kind and accommodating with luggage storage requests. The room features twin beds, a table set for two, a large-screen TV, an air purifier, soft waffle-textured pajamas and bathrobes, as well as ample amenities like cleansing products and lotion. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub combined with a shower area—conveniently designed like your own home bathroom—perfect for relaxation. Additional thoughtful services include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, steamers, etc., ensuring comfort during your stay. Both toilet and sink areas are roomy—it’s hard to believe it’s only 25 square meters! Truly comfortable. With cafes, restaurants, and bars available within the Facility itself—you might wish you had more time to enjoy everything! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the restaurant buffet or through in-room dining for leisurely mornings; an American breakfast was around 2,500 yen. Even coffee cups are beautifully designed—with Hachiko illustrations on saucers adding charm. Fresh bread rolls along with salads and fruits were delicious! Conveniently located along Bunkamura Street near cafes/restaurants/convenience stores; elevator access requires key cards while peephole covers on doors ensure safety. Compact yet incredibly comfortable—a convenient Hotel perfect for any traveler!
