I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Very close to Bellesalle. The Room was comfortable, with the bathtub and shower separated from the toilet. I was able to spend time in a very quiet environment, and my work went smoothly. Thank you very much.

It was a quiet, relaxing, and stylish Accommodation. From the Setagaya-Daita ticket gate, the lush green path felt like arriving at a sightseeing spot you wouldn’t expect to find in the city center—it was wonderful. The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both delicious, the Room was spotless, and I slept soundly—an amazing staycation. I worried the bath might be crowded if there were day-use guests, but it wasn’t at all; both at night and in the morning I had it all to myself, which was great. It was very clean as well. There is no cleansing oil or face wash in the bath area, so be sure to bring your own from your Room. I couldn’t make it to the tea lounge or bar because I was already full, but everything looked delicious. My child happened to be quiet so it was fine, but since this is a calm Accommodation, energetic kids might stand out. I didn’t see many families with children. Also, there are shoji screens in the Room, so if you have a child who might tear them you may feel on edge during your stay. At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far for an Onsen can be tough, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recommend it!

I saw in a Review that the breakfast was delicious. Since it’s good value, I can’t complain too much, but it tasted average and there weren’t many items. Guests kept coming and going, but although there were many staff in the kitchen, no one was on the floor, so the tables were not wiped after use. Salad vegetables that guests had likely spilled were left there and not cleaned up. Overall, the Room was clean and the amenities were well stocked. I felt the complimentary coffee near the front desk was bitter and not very good. I arrived before check-in, but they said my Room was ready, so I could get in early, which I appreciated.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

I was finally able to visit after the renovation, also to celebrate a birthday. In the communication before check-in, the staff member in charge responded very courteously, which raised my expectations. The team also provided attentive service at Girandole during lunch after check-out. However, during my stay there were several moments when I found myself thinking, “Huh?” For example, even though I had a 1:00 p.m. lunch Reservation on my check-out day, I wasn’t able to use the 1:00 p.m. late check-out Diamond benefit; some services differed from what was stated; and at breakfast there wasn’t enough explanation of the menu, and the staff seemed too busy and moved around without making eye contact with guests, making it hard to ask for help. These are small things, but because my expectations were high, they stood out. Also, while I thought the meals at New York Grill and Girandole were delicious, perhaps because I’m getting older they felt a bit heavy on my stomach (haha).

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

I’ve been staying here for years, so I always feel at ease. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. It’s also fun to take a walk around town.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made a Reservation because I couldn’t rest right away after moving. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washing machine was fantastic. I was able to relax in the roomy bathroom where I could stretch out, and then sleep soundly. For breakfast, the two of us tried both the Japanese-style and Western-style options, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again!

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? It would be convenient if it did. I was able to relax very well. Thank you.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.

The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

It’s just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I always stay here. The Room is clean, it’s quiet with no noise from next door, and I can relax well. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are always friendly and pleasant.

It is set back from the main street, so it was a bit difficult to find.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!
