Higashi-Matsubara Station × Ranking Of Accommodation With Signature Seafood CuisineHighly rated for rooms and amenities at Hotel·Ryokan

Although I had made reservations several times before, I never had the chance to stay until this visit. The Cerulean Lounge was a wonderful space with a refined Japanese atmosphere, and I loved the wide selection of individually wrapped sweets. I was also able to enjoy matcha at a relaxed pace and had a lovely time. I had breakfast at “Sakuragaoka.” Everything was delicious, especially the rice cooked in a traditional kiln and the grilled fish. Thank you as well for accommodating my allergies.

I stayed at this Accommodation while attending an event. Taking the bus to Shibuya was surprisingly convenient and really helpful. The Room was clean and quiet, so I could relax and rest well. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely like to stay here again. It was drizzling, but the night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building was beautiful as well.

It was a quiet, relaxing, and stylish Accommodation. From the Setagaya-Daita ticket gate, the lush green path felt like arriving at a sightseeing spot you wouldn’t expect to find in the city center—it was wonderful. The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both delicious, the Room was spotless, and I slept soundly—an amazing staycation. I worried the bath might be crowded if there were day-use guests, but it wasn’t at all; both at night and in the morning I had it all to myself, which was great. It was very clean as well. There is no cleansing oil or face wash in the bath area, so be sure to bring your own from your Room. I couldn’t make it to the tea lounge or bar because I was already full, but everything looked delicious. My child happened to be quiet so it was fine, but since this is a calm Accommodation, energetic kids might stand out. I didn’t see many families with children. Also, there are shoji screens in the Room, so if you have a child who might tear them you may feel on edge during your stay. At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far for an Onsen can be tough, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recommend it!

The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

As always, your wonderful hospitality made everything perfect this time as well. We will be back again, and we look forward to staying with you.

The Room was clean, and we had no complaints. Thank you again for your hospitality.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.
