I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

It was a quiet, relaxing, and stylish Accommodation. From the Setagaya-Daita ticket gate, the lush green path felt like arriving at a sightseeing spot you wouldn’t expect to find in the city center—it was wonderful. The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both delicious, the Room was spotless, and I slept soundly—an amazing staycation. I worried the bath might be crowded if there were day-use guests, but it wasn’t at all; both at night and in the morning I had it all to myself, which was great. It was very clean as well. There is no cleansing oil or face wash in the bath area, so be sure to bring your own from your Room. I couldn’t make it to the tea lounge or bar because I was already full, but everything looked delicious. My child happened to be quiet so it was fine, but since this is a calm Accommodation, energetic kids might stand out. I didn’t see many families with children. Also, there are shoji screens in the Room, so if you have a child who might tear them you may feel on edge during your stay. At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far for an Onsen can be tough, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recommend it!

I’ve been staying here for years, so I always feel at ease. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. It’s also fun to take a walk around town.

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

I stayed here alone. It’s not new, but the guest room felt well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. There were three breakfast options, and after debating the Japanese set, I chose the egg sandwich breakfast. The Japanese-style egg sandwich with iburigakko was very delicious. Because the Hotel isn’t too large, the front desk and breakfast area never felt crowded or hectic, making it a very calm place to stay. I’d like to use it again when staying in this area.

It’s just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I always stay here. The Room is clean, it’s quiet with no noise from next door, and I can relax well. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are always friendly and pleasant.

Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. It was close to Nishi-Shinjuku, which was convenient for elderly guests. The Room was bright, the TV was large, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a pleasant stay. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and all the staff were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing meal. Breakfast also offered a great variety; the Japanese dishes were delicious, and the freshly cooked pancakes were unique and tasty as well. This is a Hotel we would like to visit again when we come to Tokyo. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

It is set back from the main street, so it was a bit difficult to find.

Conveniently located near the station with easy access. Compared to other Hotel Rooms of the same 20 m² size, the bedroom was more spacious and comfortable. Since it is located in the lively Shibuya Station area, you can enjoy dining and sightseeing, making it a Hotel well-suited for long stays.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? It would be convenient if it did. I was able to relax very well. Thank you.

The Room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected, and at the front desk they offered a choice of green tea or black tea and even provided water. I had asked in advance for my luggage to be shipped to the hotel and received there, and the communication was smooth—they delivered it to my Room, which was a great help. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station or Yoyogi Park Station, with a convenience store next door and a bus stop right in front, so the location was very convenient. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!
