I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

I stayed here alone. It’s not new, but the guest room felt well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. There were three breakfast options, and after debating the Japanese set, I chose the egg sandwich breakfast. The Japanese-style egg sandwich with iburigakko was very delicious. Because the Hotel isn’t too large, the front desk and breakfast area never felt crowded or hectic, making it a very calm place to stay. I’d like to use it again when staying in this area.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I chose this accommodation for its excellent location and reasonable price. While the bathtub was small and the hotel had an older atmosphere: - The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. - My delivered luggage was placed in the room before my arrival. - The humidifier was properly filled with water. The service was comparable to that of a first-class hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my stay in Shibuya.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I’ve been staying here for years, so I always feel at ease. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. It’s also fun to take a walk around town.

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

The Room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected, and at the front desk they offered a choice of green tea or black tea and even provided water. I had asked in advance for my luggage to be shipped to the hotel and received there, and the communication was smooth—they delivered it to my Room, which was a great help. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station or Yoyogi Park Station, with a convenience store next door and a bus stop right in front, so the location was very convenient. Thank you very much.
