Higashi-Matsubara Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. It was close to Nishi-Shinjuku, which was convenient for elderly guests. The Room was bright, the TV was large, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a pleasant stay. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and all the staff were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing meal. Breakfast also offered a great variety; the Japanese dishes were delicious, and the freshly cooked pancakes were unique and tasty as well. This is a Hotel we would like to visit again when we come to Tokyo. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The entrance and all areas were clean, and the front desk staff kindly guided me during check-in, which was very helpful. I also passed the housekeeping staff, who greeted me pleasantly, making my departure feel great. Thank you very much. The shower water pressure was good, and hot water came out quickly. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here alone. It’s not new, but the guest room felt well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. There were three breakfast options, and after debating the Japanese set, I chose the egg sandwich breakfast. The Japanese-style egg sandwich with iburigakko was very delicious. Because the Hotel isn’t too large, the front desk and breakfast area never felt crowded or hectic, making it a very calm place to stay. I’d like to use it again when staying in this area.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.

Thank you for your hospitality. The bath was wonderful, and the breakfast was plentiful with many healthy options. My son who lives in Tokyo stopped by to take a break and enjoy the bath, and we really appreciated being able to relax until it was time to go out for a meal. We would love to visit again.

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

A Room with a wonderful view and a lovely selection of furnishings. I wish I could have stayed longer. I wanted to go for a walk to places like Shinjuku Gyoen, but I couldn’t figure out how to get there. Everyone answered politely when I asked, but no one proactively offered guidance, which was the only disappointment.

I was able to relax in the roomy bathroom where I could stretch out, and then sleep soundly. For breakfast, the two of us tried both the Japanese-style and Western-style options, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again!

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

Recently, my mother stayed with a relative at the accommodation. While the facility was not brand new, it was clean, spacious, and offered a quiet room without any noise from the road. She initially found the pillow in the room too low but discovered extra pillows available for borrowing near the elevator, which was very helpful. She also appreciated receiving amenities like bath additives and face masks at the front desk. It seems she had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although it is located slightly away from the station, access to the main building through an underground passage during bad weather was convenient. Having a convenience store on the first floor of the main building was also very handy. We would love to stay again!

It is set back from the main street, so it was a bit difficult to find.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? It would be convenient if it did. I was able to relax very well. Thank you.

The Room was thoroughly cleaned and spotless, and there was also a women-only relaxation room, so I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.
