This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.

Conveniently located near the station with easy access. Compared to other Hotel Rooms of the same 20 m² size, the bedroom was more spacious and comfortable. Since it is located in the lively Shibuya Station area, you can enjoy dining and sightseeing, making it a Hotel well-suited for long stays.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!

The Room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected, and at the front desk they offered a choice of green tea or black tea and even provided water. I had asked in advance for my luggage to be shipped to the hotel and received there, and the communication was smooth—they delivered it to my Room, which was a great help. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station or Yoyogi Park Station, with a convenience store next door and a bus stop right in front, so the location was very convenient. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I chose this accommodation for its excellent location and reasonable price. While the bathtub was small and the hotel had an older atmosphere: - The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. - My delivered luggage was placed in the room before my arrival. - The humidifier was properly filled with water. The service was comparable to that of a first-class hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my stay in Shibuya.

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. I was finally able to visit after the renovation, also to celebrate a birthday. In the communication before check-in, the staff member in charge responded very courteously, which raised my expectations. The team also provided attentive service at Girandole during lunch after check-out. However, during my stay there were several moments when I found myself thinking, “Huh?” For example, even though I had a 1:00 p.m. lunch Reservation on my check-out day, I wasn’t able to use the 1:00 p.m. late check-out Diamond benefit; some services differed from what was stated; and at breakfast there wasn’t enough explanation of the menu, and the staff seemed too busy and moved around without making eye contact with guests, making it hard to ask for help. These are small things, but because my expectations were high, they stood out. Also, while I thought the meals at New York Grill and Girandole were delicious, perhaps because I’m getting older they felt a bit heavy on my stomach (haha).

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

This was my second stay, as I attended an event at Yoyogi Gymnasium. The Room was clean, and the ReFa showerhead felt very pleasant. Personally, I liked being able to leave the key at the front desk (as I tend to lose things easily). I would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the accommodation for a special occasion. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided exceptionally courteous service. The foreign staff members were also highly proficient in Japanese, allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. We celebrated a birthday in the room this time, and the heartfelt message included with the room service hors d'oeuvres deeply moved the birthday celebrant. The Beef BOX was also incredibly delicious, creating wonderful memories for us. I was delighted to find hair oil available at the amenity bar, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The room offered a view of Tokyo Tower, allowing us to enjoy stunning scenery from dusk until late at night. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for making our special day truly unforgettable!

This was my first time staying here. The female staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and smooth. I stayed alone, but the Room was very spacious and clean. If I have another chance to visit Tokyo, I would love to stay here again.

I stayed with one owner and a small dog. The semi-basement cafe offers breakfast and lunch, is pet-friendly, and allowed me to relax with my dog the next morning. There are stairs up to the Room on the second floor, but the staff helped carry my luggage. The design and construction are very stylish, everything was spotless, and I was extremely satisfied with the Room. The size was just right for a single stay, and there was also space by the entrance to easily place a large suitcase or a pet stroller, so it felt spacious. A pet crate and all necessary supplies were provided, so I had no issues at all. Luggage storage before check-in is also available at the first-floor cafe. There are conveyor-belt sushi restaurants and family restaurants nearby, so finding dinner is easy. Since the Room has a kitchen and washing machine, it’s also suitable for a Multiple Night Stay. I highly recommend this Hotel—there’s nowhere else in central Tokyo where you can stay this cheaply. I plan to stay again.

I stayed with a friend as two guests. The Hotel lobby was fully open and felt like a wonderful space where many people gathered. We also enjoyed it with coffee in hand, sitting on the benches outside. The Room was simple, and the mattress had just the right firmness for me, so I slept well. The service that lets you listen to records in each Room was unique, and we were able to enjoy some records we’d been curious about.

Good hotel. Kind staff. Clean and user-friendly. However, please note that with the IKYU UI, even if you make a reservation for the main building, you may be assigned to the annex. The annex is about a 5-minute walk but is a completely separate building.

I stayed here after a concert in Shibuya. It was very convenient because it was right near the venue. The atmosphere was great and didn’t spoil the lingering excitement from the concert. There’s also a restaurant on the first floor, which was perfect for grabbing a light bite after the show. The staff were friendly, and they can also store your luggage before the concert.

I noticed a hotel in Hiroshima and found out there is one in Shinjuku as well. I stayed there during my trip to Tokyo because I heard there is a delicious bakery and it has a stylish atmosphere. There are many comments that it is frequently used by foreigners, and the dim lighting inside gives it an overseas travel vibe. (I like dimly lit hotels abroad) On the other hand, the room has been renovated and is clean, featuring popular modern Japanese interior design. Personally, I found the interior and the front desk service comfortable, and with the diverse clientele, I hardly heard any Japanese (though Japanese is understood), which made it very relaxing. The breakfast and Italian food are also delicious. The location is good, so it's easy to take a stroll to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building's observation deck at night. I definitely want to stay there again.
