Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

As before, the Room was very clean, and the staff were kind and pleasant, making it very comfortable. However, the only thing that still bothered me a little was the noise. I had been staying in a corner Room on the second floor (probably 203), but this time I stayed in 301 for the first time. It felt a bit smaller. Overall, I have no complaints. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

This was my first stay, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit many places. The ladies-only floor was bright and clean, which made me feel comfortable. The complimentary drinks were very helpful, and in the evening they even offered beer, wine, and shochu—such a generous Hotel. Thank you very much.

I was assigned to the ladies-only floor, and since it was on the second floor, it was convenient to go outside. I would like to stay here again if I visit Tachikawa in the future.

Amenities were available at the front desk for guests to take what they needed. Perhaps depending on the check-in time, the front desk staff started offering welcome snacks such as chocolate and nuts. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

I stay here every time I visit Sanrio Puroland. Since the bath and toilet are separate, I can relax in the tub and soothe my tired feet, so I always bring bath salts with me. The Room is spacious, and I always add breakfast—especially the bread, which is delicious. I plan to stay again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

After check-in, it was great to have sweet potato chips, monaka wafers, and drinks such as sparkling wine in the lounge. They also poured iced coffee into my bottle, so I could relax in the Room and enjoy it while taking in the view. Since check-out is at 12:00, I was able to swim in the infinity pool and unwind in the jacuzzi as well. The Sorano Hotel I had been wanting to visit was amazing.

Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

I had an errand in Kichijoji and was able to stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly, and it’s comfortable—one of my favorites!

The amenities were excellent. They seemed to have changed from before, but I really liked the body wash—it lathered well. The body towel was just the right softness, and I enjoyed a very comfortable bath time. The toothbrush was also soft and made it easy to brush my teeth. For breakfast, you choose one main dish, and items like salad, bread, and rice are served buffet-style. I also liked the previous style of choosing either a Japanese or Western set breakfast, but with the buffet I could enjoy as much of what I like as I want, which was great. I will visit again. At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. It was a stay where I encountered wonderful staff after a long time. The front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, providing kind guidance and responding to inquiries politely.

I stayed here the night before taking the transfer entrance exam at The University of Electro-Communications. It’s in a very convenient location and close to the university, making it ideal for exam takers. The Room was excellent, and I was able to relax and spend my time comfortably. This Hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from Higashi-Fuchu Station, with several supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The building is old, but it was kept very clean. I stayed multiple nights, and each time fresh bath towels and towels were provided, and the beds were neatly made, so it was comfortable. Since it’s a compact twin room, it felt a bit small, but I was glad to stay at a reasonable price. The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also delicious.

I stay here from time to time. It’s close to the station and very convenient. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk and other staff. Even though it was raining, they welcomed me warmly and kindly offered a free umbrella loan for the next day. The TV signal in the Room was weak and occasionally cut out. Also, when I first turned on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell, so I turned it off a few times because of that odor. On the second day, I could hear some people being noisy in the hallway, but I was still able to sleep well at night. Overall, I plan to stay here again.
