Boat Race Stadium Entrance Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

Conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops nearby. The Room also seems to have been renovated and is very clean. The large TV, well-placed sofa, spacious bathroom, and light breakfast were all much better than expected (no offense) — we were really impressed! I don’t go to Tachikawa very often, but my companion said, “If we come again next time, we’d like to stay here again.”

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

I chose this property for its location and was very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to visit Tachikawa again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my second stay. I reserved a parking space, and although parking was originally available from 12:00, I contacted the hotel the day before and confirmed that I could park around 10:00 depending on availability. I ended up arriving around 9:30, but they kindly accommodated me. I left my luggage right away and took the train to Fuchu Racecourse. The room was spacious and clean for the price, and I enjoyed the breakfast as well. (I just wished there were sausages...) The races didn’t go well, but I’ll be back again to make up for it.

I feel this every time: it’s conveniently located in the Tama area, close to Shinjuku, and it also makes driving home to Kanagawa smooth and easy. Richmond has truly taken great care of me. This time in particular, a female staff member at the front desk kindly explained how to use Points in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I was very happy. The double Room I’ve been using recently was also clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free drinking water and hot water service in the hallway—I enjoyed tea and coffee. In addition, having covered parking where you don’t get wet even when it rains, with an elevator nearby, is a real plus for guests. I look forward to staying with you again.

It’s really helpful to have a Mets hotel at Musashi-Sakai Station. I stayed at Mets Musashi-Sakai and went sightseeing at Jindaiji Temple and Jindai Botanical Gardens. I’ve walked from Chofu Station to Musashi-Sakai Station a few times before, which is why I chose to stay at Mets Musashi-Sakai, but this time I decided to take the bus instead of walking. However, there was no direct bus. I walked to the “Tsuka” bus stop and took the bus from there. On the way back, I also walked from the “Tsuka” bus stop. Mets Musashi-Sakai is smaller than the Mets hotels in Kokubunji or Tachikawa. The elevator is small, the front desk area is small, and even the restroom in the common area is small. It’s compact, but not inconvenient. They provided a DVD player for me. I connected it to the TV and watched an opera called “Nise no Noroma Musume.” Mets hotels generally have large TV screens, which I think is great. The shower was slightly worn out. It wasn’t broken, but it lowered my rating a little. They stored my luggage for me before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful.

They were kind and attentive throughout. When I called before my stay with a question, they responded very politely. The Room with a well-cleaned kitchen was very comfortable. I would like to stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights. Just a few minutes’ walk to the station. A great location, about 30 minutes to Shinjuku. The view feels nothing like Tokyo—you can see Mt. Fuji from the room, there’s a large park right in front, and a lovely promenade lined with shops just outside the hotel. The room is simple, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with no wasted space—an extremely comfortable place to relax. The staff were outstanding as well. And the infinity pool was amazing—it felt like an overseas resort hotel. Whenever I stay in Tokyo, this is the only hotel I choose.

Conveniently located near Kichijoji Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Room was easy to use, and it was a good Hotel. I rated the hospitality/service 4 because the self check-in machine was not working properly, but the front desk staff responded quickly and were very helpful. I didn’t add breakfast because I had an early morning for work, but the lunch poster in the elevator looked delicious. I already made a Reservation for my next business trip the following day, so I look forward to staying again.

I was surprised at how clean it was despite the low price. I arrived late at night for an overnight stay before an exam, but it was so comfortable that I wished I had arrived earlier to relax. Thank you very much.

This is a very pleasant Hotel. Everything was spotless wherever we looked, and the front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Thank you very much!

The amenities are sufficient, the room is thoroughly cleaned, and there is nothing unnecessary—this is a wonderful Business Hotel where you can truly experience that simple is best.

This was my second stay. I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again. The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient. Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service. I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here to attend a stadium concert. Since I made a last-minute Reservation, only a smoking Room was available and I was worried, but it seems you were able to accommodate my request, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was a twin Room with a nice classic feel, and there was also a solid table set in the Room, so I could eat there as well. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room felt clean. Check-in from 3:00 PM was very smooth. I would like to stay again.

We stayed here to visit PokéPark—one night before and one night after. It’s conveniently close to the park. We chose to stay the night after as well because we expected to be exhausted from a full day at the park and not able to travel. Staying afterward was definitely the right choice: it was nearby and convenient, and we were able to enjoy the entire day to the fullest. We visited with children, and it’s right by the station and a clean Hotel. The Room was spacious enough. We also received amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids looked forward to waking up for it. The staff were very kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!

Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

It was a stay where I encountered wonderful staff after a long time. The front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, providing kind guidance and responding to inquiries politely.

I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed between the first and second mornings, which was delicious. On the second day, I also had dinner at the restaurant. It was authentic Chinese cuisine yet reasonably priced. I also appreciated that it was just a short walk from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
