Hibarioka Station × Highly-rated Hotel·Ryokan

Before our stay, I didn’t expect to enjoy the Hotel experience itself this much. But once we checked in, the atmosphere and the book-filled spaces were even more comfortable than imagined—in the best way, it far exceeded our expectations. Our family loves relaxing at a Hotel, so it was wonderful that each of us could spend time however we liked without having to visit lots of tourist spots. The well-known bakery and restaurants nearby were also great, and we enjoyed exploring the area as well. It was a scorching midsummer day when walking outside was tough, but just staying inside the building was more than satisfying. When making our Reservation, I was a little surprised by how high the Review ratings were, but after staying there, I completely understand why. You can enjoy it together with the Kadokawa Musashino Museum—it’s truly a Hotel where staying itself becomes the purpose. Everyone in our family was very satisfied, and it’s a great find that makes us want to stay again.

It was my first time staying in a capsule, but I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the service was. The place was very clean, and the other guests were well-mannered, so I had a comfortable stay. Being able to eat rice, miso soup, curry, and more for free is a great value. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Seibuen Amusement Park nearby. I checked in looking forward to the Room upgrade Plan, and was amazed by the wall-to-wall windows with a wide-open sky and Lake Tama spread out before me. Being a top-floor corner Room made the view even more spectacular. The spacious, spotless Room delighted my child as well. The large public bath on site was also spacious and comfortable. They seem to pay attention to fragrance as well, and the pleasant scent throughout helped me relax deeply. The front desk staff were excellent, and I truly felt I was receiving first-class Hotel service. The rooftop restaurant also had a beautiful view, and everything at breakfast was delicious. The attentiveness of the service staff there was outstanding too—they were constantly mindful of every guest and provided fast, flawless service. It reminded me of true Japanese hospitality that has become rarer to see these days. This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

I had an errand in Kichijoji and was able to stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly, and it’s comfortable—one of my favorites!

It’s just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I always stay here. The Room is clean, it’s quiet with no noise from next door, and I can relax well. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are always friendly and pleasant.

The twin Room was very spacious and comfortable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the bathroom area felt small for the size of the Room. I felt it would have been even more comfortable if the bathtub were a little larger. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The drink bar in the lobby was also a nice touch.

I stayed for five nights as part of a movie promotion. It’s close to the station, so I made a Reservation right away. Although it was a complicated Reservation with the number of guests changing depending on the day, you suggested arrangements so I could move between Rooms smoothly, and I had a very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

I originally planned to stay with two people, but it became just me, so I canceled and rebooked a single Room. At that point, only smoking Rooms were available. Since this Hotel allows cancellations until the last minute, I left a comment with a small hope that I might be able to get a non-smoking Room. Shortly after making the Reservation, I received a call offering a non-smoking Room across from the washing machine area, and I gladly accepted. I was also emailed that I could park even before check-in, which was truly helpful. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I slept comfortably. The calls and emails made me feel the staff’s kindness and consideration. If I have another chance to visit the area, I would love to stay again.

I stayed for three nights with my son during summer vacation to watch baseball at Belluna Dome for three days. The hotel is old, but the staff were courteous, the location is close to the station, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket right in front of the station—everything you need is nearby, so we had no problems at all. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

The building has a sense of history, but the complimentary massage chairs let us unwind and relax. There were also other complimentary services and a free breakfast, so we were able to spend our time comfortably.

It was amazing—so close to the station, and breakfast included at that price. The Room was small but clean, so there were no issues at all. There was also a bottle of water in the Room, which was very helpful. I stayed the night before a national exam, and they kindly stored my luggage until I finished the exam on the day as well. We stayed here for our child’s tournament. They kindly stored our luggage, which was a big help! We were welcomed by a thousand paper cranes, a letter, and little rubber ducks in the bath. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance.
