On June 29, 2020, the "Kawagoe Tobu Hotel" with 168 high-quality Rooms opened within "U_PLACE," a new landmark in Koedo Kawagoe. The beds are made by Slumberland, known as a supplier to the British Royal Family. The Twin and Comfort Double Rooms feature independent bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience. The Rooms, designed in a modern Japanese style suitable for Koedo Kawagoe, offer a serene stay.

Opened in February 2020, Shinrin Hotel is just a 1-minute walk from Tobu Tojo Line's "Shinrin Koen Station." The separate male and female large baths feature indoor Onsen, open-air baths, saunas, and cold baths for a full relaxation experience.
