The hot spring water of Kyoumachi Onsen is known as "Bijin no Yu" (Beauty Hot Spring) and contains one of the "Three Great Beauty Spring Qualities." It has cleansing and heat-retaining effects, making it gentle on the skin.We are particular about serving fresh cuisine, offering kaiseki dishes made with live fish. We serve dishes prepared with fish freshly taken from our tank, ensuring top-notch freshness. Ebino City is also famous as a rice-producing area. The rice used in our meals is sourced from Ebino rice, so please pay attention to its deliciousness.
