Kiyasuya is a secluded Property located in the mountainous area of Sujiyu Onsen, at an altitude of 1,000 meters in Kokonoe Town, Oita Prefecture. Built in the autumn of 2006 with the spirit of its 30-year history, the Property's Rooms feature warm earthen walls and black-painted wooden fences, evoking the charm of traditional Japanese farmhouses and the serene atmosphere of a rural village. Each Room is a detached unit with its own open-air bath. The hot spring water, a clear sodium-chloride Onsen with a silky texture, is abundant and free-flowing, used not only for the baths but also for heating the Rooms. The gentle breeze passing through the surrounding grove softly stirs the waters.
