About 1.5–2 hours by car from Fukuoka, Kumamoto, or Oita, this is a quiet sukiya-style Accommodation where you can hear the gentle murmur of the Tsue-tate River just outside. Beyond the windows stretch primeval forest and a gorge—scenery that changes with the seasons and can be enjoyed exclusively from your Room.At dinner, all drinks are included in the price. Toast with draft beer, then compare Kyushu shochu—sweet potato, barley, and rice. Sake, plum wine, highballs, and sours are also available without worrying about extra charges. The cuisine focuses on seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, featuring dishes such as a tasting of Bungo beef and Higo beef, wagyu teppanyaki, sukiyaki, and other chef’s specialties.
