Our establishment features a main building that has been passed down for 170 years, originally relocated from a village headman's residence from the late Edo period. Additionally, we offer four private Onsen baths on the premises, which can be used at any time during your stay, depending on availability. For dining, we serve Kyoto-style Kaiseki cuisine, carefully crafted by our dedicated chefs using seasonal, rustic ingredients. Yamakawa ZENZO is a hidden retreat for adults where you can enjoy natural Onsen with water directly sourced from Yamakawa Onsen and traditional irori-style cuisine. Each guest room features a private open-air bath, allowing you to relax while taking in the surrounding nature. Additionally, we offer irori-grilled dishes prepared over charcoal right in front of you, paired with carefully selected beverages.
