We stayed to celebrate a birthday anniversary. The hot spring water was excellent, and the amenities were well stocked. In the bathroom refrigerator, there were small sherbet treats (for heatstroke prevention?), along with water and tea. At dinner, there was a surprise that made us very happy, and we were able to spend this special time in a meaningful way. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the South Wing. We loved having a separate bedroom and a massage chair, and the entrance and wash area were spacious as well. In-room dining, a semi-open-air bath in the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge—everything we wish for on an Onsen trip was there. The meals were delicious, made with carefully selected local ingredients and thoughtfully prepared dish by dish. We were impressed by the considerate touches such as chairs near the elevator, as well as the original coffee and tea provided in the Room. Above all, it was wonderful to see how efficiently and pleasantly all of the staff worked. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The staff provided excellent service, from our arrival to meal service. The large public bath and the Room were very clean, and the food was delicious, making our stay very comfortable. It became a wonderful memory of our family trip. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious and comfortable! The entire building has central air conditioning, plus an additional AC unit in the Room, so you have a wide range of temperature control options. Dinner was Japanese cuisine and breakfast was a buffet; there were so many choices, all of them tempting (so many that it’s impossible to try everything). When we visit Greenland again, this Hotel will be our only choice. The only disappointment this time was the rain, but the Hotel was better than expected, so we had a very fulfilling vacation.

I made a Reservation together with the on-site izakaya and was able to relax here on the last day of Silver Week. AZ Hotel is consistently reliable in terms of Facility, amenities, meals, and pricing, so I felt comfortable staying here with confidence. With breakfast included at this price, it offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff were truly kind as well, and I had a very pleasant one-night stay. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. Everything was excellent. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding.

We decided to visit Greenland at our kids’ request, and while looking for nearby Accommodation we found this fun place. For a family of five, it cost about JPY 25,000 without meals. It was our first time staying in a trailer house, but it felt like a secret hideout and the kids loved it. However, I understand it may be unavoidable due to the structure, but the smell from the toilet was quite strong—this was the only negative point. The surrounding area is well equipped with supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and more, so even if you forget something you can easily buy what you need. The best part was the amazing on-site hot springs! The large public bath was clean, and there were various saunas that were really interesting. It would have been even better with a TV, but it was still wonderful. There’s also a manga corner and free relaxation lounge where the kids were thrilled. There’s also a small gym (not full-scale), which I really enjoyed as well. Also, even on check-out day you can use the facilities until closing time, so we stopped by for a bath and休憩 on our way back from Greenland. We really appreciated that. Next time I’d like to come during a cooler season, but we were very satisfied overall. Thank you.

As others have mentioned, I stayed here with that in mind, but personally, I was very satisfied: I could relax and recover at this Onsen Ryokan, sleep soundly on clean bedding, and enjoy breakfast—all at an affordable price.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We arrived early and waited in the car, but despite the rain, we were warmly greeted with an umbrella and escorted into the Hotel. The welcome drinks, including matcha beer and panna cotta, were delightful. On top of that, the food was exceptional. The aged meats were absolutely mouthwatering. I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Everything was perfect. We look forward to visiting again!

It was extremely comfortable. For two people, it was very spacious, which was great. It was quiet at night, and we slept soundly. We also made a Reservation for winter vacation.

The meals are exceptional. While buffets are common, every dish here is carefully prepared with great attention and tastes delicious. The Room is not only clean but also spacious, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. It's unfortunate that my business trips to this area are occasional, but I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

We stayed here after a day at Greenland. It was great that it’s close to Greenland. It was our first time staying in a container-style Hotel, but it was spacious enough for two people (me and my child). The TV is placed on the table, so when eating, the TV felt a bit too close and was slightly hard to watch, but it wasn’t a big issue. The frozen breakfast was convenient to quickly eat in the Room on a busy morning. The adult had chicken and burdock rice, and the child had beef pilaf—both were delicious! At night, you can hear noise from trucks passing by out front, so light sleepers might be bothered… But once you fall asleep, it’s fine. Since the Rooms aren’t connected to each other, it was helpful not having to worry even if my child got noisy. I’m giving 4 stars because I noticed quite a few stains on the Room walls, but overall it was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

The meals, views, and baths were all excellent. Above all, the staff’s service was attentive and outstanding. This is an Accommodation I would like to visit again.

I stayed here during the hot season in August! When I arrived at the Room, the air conditioner was already on, which was a pleasant surprise and made it nice and cool. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, so I felt comfortable using them. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have disposable indoor slippers like those often provided at a Hotel. I don’t really like walking around barefoot. Also, having a vacuum cleaner or a lint roller would make it easier to clean up fallen hair, so I’d appreciate it if those were available. Since the second floor gets hot at night, I recommend using a fan or ceiling fan and airing it out early to get better airflow.

Stayed for one night, and it was clean, simple, and perfectly fine for just staying overnight. However, there is nothing much in the surrounding area. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the nearest station. This location might be convenient if you’re traveling by car and it fits well with your itinerary—for example, if you plan to take a ferry to Shimabara the next day. By the way, Tamana Station is two stops away.

We chose to spend my husband’s birthday relaxing at an Onsen Accommodation and stayed at Satsuki. All the staff were kind, and the interior was lovely, with a wonderful blend of renovated areas and original features. The Onsen truly felt like a moisturizing lotion and was incredibly soothing. The meals were outstanding, thoughtfully incorporating local ingredients, and we were completely satisfied. We also appreciated being able to enjoy plenty of my husband’s favorite beer. They even prepared a birthday-style dessert for him. Breakfast was excellent as well. We would love to visit again with our children. Thank you very much!

It feels newly built, and both the building and the Room are very clean. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, and I had a comfortable stay. There is also a large discount store nearby, so even though there aren’t any restaurants in the immediate area, it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. However, since there is no bathtub and only a shower, it may feel a bit lacking in winter. Also, I stayed for two consecutive weeks, and it was disappointing that several drinks in the vending machine were not restocked. Still, aside from those two points, this Hotel is one I would personally like to stay at again.
