Our property's pride, the kaiseki cuisine. We carefully prepare and serve each dish with fresh seafood caught in the Genkai Sea. Please savor the bounty of the sea that Kaminato boasts. While cherishing traditional values, we pursued an even more comfortable stay by renovating some guest rooms and parts of our property in 2022. In 2025, we newly opened Kaminato Street Hanare (Kaminato Dori Hanare). The public bath Minato no Yu and Community Center BAR also opened, transforming into a property where guests can enjoy their stay even more. Relax and enjoy a moment with the magnificent scenery woven by Genkai Sea. Additionally, both our main building and annex are located in an excellent location overlooking the sea. On sunny days, you can descend from the lobby to the sandy beach for a leisurely seaside stroll.

We offer seasonal flavors unique to "Hatsu," featuring an abundance of fresh ingredients from the sea and mountains. All Rooms are "Ocean View," with breathtaking views of Genkai-nada and the Sea of Japan. Meals are carefully prepared using only the freshest ingredients, directly sourced from local markets and fishing ports, ensuring exceptional taste with every season.

Please enjoy our signature kaiseki cuisine, featuring an abundance of fresh seafood from the Genkai Sea. Squid, abalone, sea urchin, salmon roe, blowfish... Our chef carefully prepares each dish using the finest seasonal seafood sourced fresh every morning. Additionally, Munakata-raised Munakata beef and freshly harvested local vegetables add vibrant flavors to our special dishes. Our dining area is fully accessible, with no steps, making it wheelchair-friendly. Set on a lush 2,600-tsubo property, our private villa-style guest rooms are scattered throughout, offering a sense of exclusivity. Our large communal bath, "Munakata Onsen," features a sodium-calcium chloride spring, allowing you to indulge in a luxurious Onsen experience.
