Since the Edo period, the Chikada family supported the community as village headmen of the Uwajima Domain and contributed to local culture as a lineage of poets. Inheriting their history and spirit, we have restored “Noda Shoya Residence” as a charming private rental Accommodation.There are three separate guest buildings: the Main House, the Storehouse, and the Annex—each with its own character. The Main House and Annex feature both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, while the Storehouse offers a semi open-air bath. Soaking in warm water while gazing out at a small garden gently relaxes both body and mind.Another highlight is the Japanese garden, visible from every guest building.
