The staff were wonderful in every way, from phone support to on-site service. While the Facility is undeniably old, the guest rooms have been renovated, were clean, and well maintained, so we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed the complimentary free drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and even got to try local Miyoshi wine—absolutely delighted. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
