Nishiwaki-shi Station × Highly rated facilities at Hotel·Ryokan

We always use this accommodation for an overnight stay before golf. The room is clean and tidy. My husband seems very pleased with the large public bath and enjoyed bathing early in the morning. This time, I forgot something, but since we live far away, you kindly sent it to us, for which we are truly grateful. Thank you so much. We will stay here again.

I used this property when traveling from Hyogo to Kanagawa. Since it is near the Kasai Interchange, I took a break at R9 before departing late at night. Check-in is easy, and you can check out easily and be on your way. It seemed new and was very clean. I had a very positive impression. I thought it would be nice to have USB ports, etc. The front desk staff were also kind and attentive.

The breakfast was delicious, and I had seconds. The coffee by the entrance was also very good. When I woke up early to get some, it was still being prepared, which was a bit disappointing.

The 24-hour ventilation fan in the unit bath was noisy, but when I turned it off, I was concerned about humidity. (I did not use the bathtub in the unit bath.) In the women’s large public bath, there was a shampoo bar, which was great—I could try shampoos and treatments I’d been curious about!

I made a last-minute Reservation the day before and stayed for the first time in several years. The Room was in the separate annex on the 1st floor and was spacious for two people, new, and very clean. Although there was no view, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Regarding the bath showers, one shower stall was out of order. Since only two people had used it before us, we were able to wash without any issues, but I think it could be inconvenient when it is crowded. Also, I was disappointed that there was no hairbrush among the amenities in the bath area. There wasn’t one at the Room’s sink either, so I recommend that future guests bring their own. As others have mentioned, breakfast did not feel very filling and left me wanting a bit more. However, the coffee served after the meal was fragrant and delicious.

The meals were delicious, the amenities were well stocked, and even our young children had a great time—it was wonderful.

Highly recommended for sauna lovers! The private sauna was available anytime, so we could enjoy it as often as we liked and then relax outdoors while taking in the lush green views. The open-air bath was also spacious, and the scenery was soothing—an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. They also kindly accommodated my friend’s birthday at dessert time, which made my friend very happy. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s a place that makes you want to come back. It would be lovely during cherry blossom season, or in autumn when you can enjoy chestnuts as well. We’d love to visit again. This was our second stay, and we were able to relax in the very spacious room. The bath was also very pleasant and helped relieve our fatigue.

It was a charming, classic Showa-era Hotel where we could relax and unwind. The renovation has been completed, and the Facility is new, making it even more comfortable. However, the restaurant is open only on weekends in the evening, so please enjoy dining out in the calm townscape.
