The Onsen and the meals were wonderful, and the staff’s kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thank you very much.

This time, we stayed in a Room with a sauna. We have stayed here about four times so far, and every visit is comfortable in every way. It is our favorite Accommodation, and we always choose it whenever we stay in Arima. The beautifully arranged flowers throughout the building and the tastefully displayed artwork are wonderful—you can’t help but stop and admire them. A quiet, refined atmosphere fills the entire space, and simply being here naturally helps you unwind. The sauna Room was also very comfortable, allowing us to relax at our own pace in a private setting. Not overly flashy yet thoughtfully maintained down to the smallest details, this is a truly lovely Accommodation that perfectly embodies “small luxury.” We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Arima.

This was my first time staying here. I was glad I could use all three Onsen baths. Above all, every meal was delicious—it made me truly appreciate being Japanese. It was so good I almost wanted to say, “Please bring out the head chef!” Unfortunately it rained, but the late-summer greenery glistening in the rain felt very soothing. Thank you very much!

After a tiring day of sightseeing, I contacted the Shuttle Service and they came right away, which was a huge help. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were very courteous. The Room had a kinsen hot spring bath with luxurious free-flowing water available 24 hours a day—I was truly impressed. I soaked many times and felt great every time. The kaiseki dinner, late-night tantanmen, and breakfast buffet were all delicious and left me completely satisfied. The staff member in charge of the tantanmen service was especially polite and provided outstanding hospitality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including many local specialties, which I really appreciated—I enjoyed it so much that I went back for seconds. The drink service in the lobby and in the Room was also very helpful. I was happy to find a wide selection of skincare amenities in the Room as well. Throughout my stay, there wasn’t a single unpleasant moment—I felt comfortable until the very end. At this price, it’s truly appreciated. I will definitely stay again next time. This was my third stay. After arriving while it was still light out, I first enjoyed Goshobo’s semi-mixed Onsen and the large public bath with its golden Onsen. Since it was summer, even a short soak left me sweating nonstop. In the large bath, I shared the water with someone for the first time here; we had a pleasant chat and ended up soaking a bit longer. Dinner was a lighter, seafood-focused course. The chilled Awaji spiny lobster soup was a perfect match with Koshu wine. The highlight began with sashimi of meita-garei flounder and aged sea bream, followed by more Akashi-ura fish to enjoy. The charcoal-grilled Spanish mackerel and the Akashi sea bream acqua pazza were both seasonal specials you can only have here at this time of year. The broth in the acqua pazza was much lighter than last autumn’s filefish version. To finish, the cheese course left me fully satisfied in both quality and quantity—thank you for the wonderful meal. For breakfast, I switched back to the standard menu: milk, soup, vegetables—an all-around delicious plate—beautiful French toast, and yogurt meant to savor the jam and honey. Everything tasted exactly as good as expected. Even the mini breads were great; this time, the buttery croissant was my favorite. In my Room bath, I topped up little by little while letting it cool slightly, enjoying a pleasantly lukewarm golden Onsen. The breeze through the window felt wonderful: lush greenery everywhere, distant summer skies, murmuring sounds of life outside—and cicadas loud enough not to lose to them. Summer Onsen really is something special. After breakfast I alternated between the golden Onsen and the low-temperature sauna. It was an extremely satisfying holiday stay. Thank you very much. P.S. The roads in Arima Onsen are narrow, and they kept getting narrower on the way to the Hotel parking area, which made us a bit anxious, but we arrived safely. The staff were kind and attentive, and there were snacks and drinks in the lobby, so we could relax. The Room was also clean and well prepared; we took a short rest and enjoyed a walk around the Onsen town, which was fun. Since we requested a later dinner time, we were able to enjoy the bath at a leisurely pace. We thoroughly enjoyed plenty of meat with our meal. The other dishes also felt carefully prepared and were delicious. It was also nice that we could enjoy dessert in the lobby later in the evening after taking some time. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been better if breakfast items like bacon and sausages were served hot. We thought this might be our first and last trip to Arima Onsen, but now my spouse and I would like to visit again. We were happy with the Room upgrade—thank you very much.

The Facility was spotless, and everything—from the meals to the Onsen—was excellent. We also had the pool to ourselves, and the kids were very happy. The only small issue was that we had to put on slippers to use the sink in the Room; it would have been nicer if we could access the sink and toilet directly without changing footwear. The staff were kind and attentive during meals, making our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed one night on our way back from the outlet mall. The room was clean and very quiet. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but there were vending machines with cup noodles, and coffee was available 24 hours (the latte was especially delicious), which was great. Check-out was at 10:00, so it felt a bit rushed.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Although the location was a little away from the Onsen town, you kindly provided Shuttle Service. The property was well maintained, and I was able to relax in the Onsen. The amenities were also well stocked. I stayed without meals this time, but I would like to stay with meals included next time.

It’s not a luxurious resort, but it was clean and the service, while understated, was reliable. The meals were not extravagant, but well-seasoned and very enjoyable. The Onsen was also satisfying, with both Kinsen and Ginsen available. For the price, this Onsen Hotel offers excellent value. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for one night as a family. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet were very delicious. The Facility felt a bit dated in places, but the Room was well cleaned, and overall we were satisfied. After arriving by car, the Hotel provided a free Shuttle Service to the Onsen town area, which was very helpful and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing walk around. One disappointing point was that when we used the pool, I had confirmed by phone in advance that there would be an air pump, but it was quite old and looked like it had been repaired with duct tape. It ended up leaking air and couldn’t be used, so we inflated our float normally by mouth. The changing room also felt old, and it was disappointing that the floor was soaking wet. Afterward, a female staff member kindly put our swimsuits through the spin dryer for us, which we really appreciated. All of the female staff at reception and at the pool were very kind, making this a wonderful Hotel where we would like to stay again.

We suddenly needed Accommodation for three people the day before, so we searched in a hurry. The Room was very spacious, and even with lots of luggage we had plenty of space. We were also impressed by how large the bath was, and everyone enjoyed it. I forgot my facial cleanser, but I was grateful that I could take some from the area in front of the front desk. Breakfast was in the new building just a short walk away; there was a wide variety, it was very delicious, and we went back for seconds. The free parking is in the adjacent multi-story parking garage; it is first-come, first-served, so I recommend asking at the front desk.

As the property is located on a hill in Arima Onsen, we recommend using the shuttle service. The views from the hotel lobby and the open-air bath were absolutely beautiful. The renovated buffet area felt more spacious, and we enjoyed the meals even more. What made me happiest was seeing my wife delighted that we stayed at Rokusai. Thank you very much.

Both the stay and the meals exceeded our expectations—this was a wonderful place we would love to visit again. Above all, having a private bath and sauna in the room was amazing. Being able to enjoy them at our own pace without worrying about anyone else felt truly luxurious. We could relax in the comfort of our room while fully enjoying both the bath and sauna, leaving us refreshed in both body and mind. The food was also delicious and made the trip even more enjoyable. The time spent in the room itself became a special memory, and we were sad to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend unhurried time with someone special. Thank you very much for your truly attentive support from the time of our Reservation. I had wanted to stay here ever since the Hotel opened at the Toy Museum, and not only could we enjoy playing a lot at the Toy Museum, but the Room was also excellent (spacious, with a tatami area, and separate bath and toilet). We also received complimentary tickets for Kin-sen and Gin-sen, and in the Arima Onsen area, it felt like an unbelievable value for this price. I would definitely like to stay again.

I had a wonderful time at this Accommodation where I could relax and fully enjoy both the Kinsen and Ginsen Onsen. Is the owner a woman who loves Onsen? It wasn’t excessive, but everything I wanted was thoughtfully provided, making my stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary free-drink service. The large public bath allows up to seven women, but since there are four private baths as well, it never felt crowded. If I may make a small request, it would be great to have tissue paper available in the private baths too, and having both M and L sizes of loungewear in the Room would be helpful so guests can choose what fits best. I would love to stay here again when I visit Arima Onsen. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old. Since it was both of their birthdays, you prepared a cake and celebrated with us, and when the staff took photos they used a sound-making toy to get the children’s attention, so we were able to take wonderful pictures. The large public bath can be used by children as well, and the women’s bath has a shallow pool, watering-can toys, and a chair for seating a 1-year-old. There was also a shower right next to it, so I could shower while watching them play. My mother passed away recently, so I brought her photo and placed it on the table. When we returned from the bath, dinner had been set—and in front of her photo you had placed rice, miso soup, pickles, tea, and even a meal for her. I was deeply moved. At breakfast as well, you kept an eye on us and quickly brought anything we needed; every member of staff was truly wonderful. For an Arima Onsen trip with children, this is the only choice.

The Room was spacious and comfortable even for a large group. It’s in a perfect location for strolling, right in front of Yumotozaka and Kin-no-Yu, and the service was excellent—we were very satisfied. However, we felt there weren’t enough places to hang the amenity towels. Also, since there are only sheer curtains, you may wake up early in the morning depending on the season.

I had a very comfortable stay. The water facilities were very clean, and the Room's indirect lighting was lovely. The Room only has a shower without a bathtub, so I rated it 3 stars. The amenities and rental items were very helpful, and I enjoyed the free drinks as well. Convenience stores and drugstores are very close by, making it convenient. I would love to stay here again.
