The front desk staff came from various countries, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The property was clean, and the Room was spacious. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff were very helpful, and when I returned the next day, I was happy to find fresh towels hanging on the doorknob. The bathroom was small, but I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here because I had a concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. It was in a convenient location and easy to reach from the station without getting lost. The Hotel was clean overall, but there was one disappointing thing... The TV remote control was so dirty that I hesitated to touch it, and that was the only downside. The free massage chairs were perfect for relaxing my tired legs and lower back after the concert. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I will stay here again when there is another concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. I rated my satisfaction as 4, hoping for improvement with the remote control. Thank you.

We visited this Hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. During the day, we enjoyed chatting in our Room, and with the Executive Floor benefits we spent an elegant time in the 1st-floor lounge while enjoying high-quality plated food and drinks. That evening, we had a celebratory dinner course at Ryuhou, the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere was luxurious and refined, and the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We were able to fully enjoy an elegant and delicious Chinese course meal. They even added a congratulatory message to our dessert plate, and being able to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime anniversary at this Hotel—and at Ryuhou—made us truly happy! Our Junior Suite offered a panoramic view of Sakai City from a high floor. Separated from the bedroom area, there was a spacious sofa and table arranged comfortably. It was quiet, and since the in-room minibar was complimentary, it was perfect for relaxing and chatting while enjoying canned beer and snacks. The bathroom area is also luxurious, with a separate shower booth and toilet, plus a jet bath function. From our east-facing Room, we could also faintly see the UNESCO World Heritage site of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb amid the cityscape of Sakai. As a local sightseeing recommendation: Daisen Park is about 10 minutes by car from the Hotel. Within its grounds there is an attraction where you can ride in a hot-air balloon; from about 100 meters up you can take in the majestic view of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb. I highly recommend taking a short trip for this balloon experience! The views from above—Sakai City, Osaka Bay, the Ikoma mountain range, and keyhole-shaped kofun burial mounds—are breathtaking. This Hotel has been my favorite for many years. I’ve stayed here for anniversaries like this one or simply to spend relaxing holidays. During COVID-19 restrictions when it was difficult to travel outside Osaka Prefecture, I refreshed myself by changing my mood in Rooms with beautiful views. One year when a typhoon was approaching, I also stayed here for safety reasons and spent the night with peace of mind. No matter what is happening around us, all of your staff have always provided consistent hospitality and welcomed me with calm smiles—I am truly grateful every time. With so many wonderful staff members here, I’m convinced once again that this will continue to be a beloved Hotel for years to come! I will definitely visit again!

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Osaka because of the spacious Room and convenient access. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate! There was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk had an ice machine and kitchen items available to borrow, so it felt like it would be comfortable even for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, which made it great for going out for food and drinks. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have another chance to visit Osaka.

With prices rising everywhere, we made a Reservation after seeing an unbelievably reasonable rate. Our group stayed for two nights on August 11 and 12. From the manager to the front desk and dining staff, everyone’s service was outstanding. When we called before our stay, they listened carefully and responded kindly. On the day of arrival, our match ended earlier than expected and we requested an early check-in; they graciously offered us a meeting room to use until housekeeping was finished. They also provided ice the next day, and accommodated our requests with genuine warmth—we truly appreciate it. As a group, we may have caused some inconvenience to other guests, but we sincerely hope to stay here again when we visit this area. Thank you very much! The Room may feel slightly small, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator. A convenience store is less than a minute away.

A Plan with check-out until 1 PM at the same price was very helpful! I will consider using this again.

We stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka. As it is a new Hotel, it was very clean, well located, and conveniently close to the station. The Room was also well cleaned, and the staff were excellent. The price was reasonable, and we are considering making this our regular place to stay. We will use it again on our next trip to Osaka.

I stayed for four nights on business. It was just a few minutes from the station, and the rate with breakfast included was very reasonable. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The toilet and bath were shared, but I had no problems at all. The large public bath was open from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am at night and from 6:00 am to 9:00 am in the morning, so I enjoyed it many times. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet had a wider variety of ingredients than I expected. The selection changed slightly each day, so even after four nights I didn’t get tired of it and found it very satisfying. It seemed that Ariake High School (Kumamoto’s representative for Koshien) was staying there that day, but I didn’t run into them in the public bath or dining area. It looked like group guests were assigned a separate Room for meals. Since it’s so reasonably priced, I’d like to stay here again when I’m on a business trip to Sakai.

Because the neighboring apartment building looks directly into the room, you have to keep the shades closed at all times. The room lighting is also dim, which makes it feel gloomy. There is no affiliated parking, which is inconvenient. It’s also a bit far from the convenience store. The staff and breakfast were excellent, so this place has the potential to be much better.

This time we used the property for a family trip, but I think it would be a very enjoyable stay with friends! It is close to the station and there are many shops around. We had a lot of luggage for a 3-night, 4-day trip with a ferry and car stay, so it was a shame that there was no parking nearby and it was heavy to carry... Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I missed the parking entrance and drove past it, but a staff member came out to guide me, and I was able to park safely. They even helped with parking the car. The Room was clean, and I especially liked how spacious the unit bath and toilet were. There is also a convenience store very close by, so the location was very convenient. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed at this accommodation on the day we visited the Expo with our family. It is located in a quiet residential area, but there is a coin parking lot nearby, which was convenient. The interior was clean and well-maintained, and the facility had everything we needed, allowing us to relax as if we were at home with our family. If your trip's purpose includes enjoying hotel services, you might look for something different; however, for a trip like ours, this accommodation was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I booked a no-meals Plan, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel, and an iron pot cuisine restaurant on the second floor of the building next door, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. The room had separate toilet and bath areas, which made it comfortable and spacious to use. Transportation was also convenient: there is a bus stop in front of the Hotel and a streetcar station behind it, making sightseeing and getting around easy. I think this Hotel is a great choice for those who value convenient dining options and access to transportation.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room. There are two buildings, the main building and an annex, and check-in was only available at one front desk. Also, it was stairs up to the 3rd floor. We were a family of four (a couple in our 40s and a child in their late teens), so the stairs and check-in were not an issue at all, but it may be a bit of a burden for elderly guests or those traveling with infants. The building feels old in places, but both the Room and the bath were spacious and clean, the futons were fluffy, and we were very satisfied. The changing area and sink area were also spacious, making our stay very comfortable. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, we would definitely like to stay here again.

It is a small Hotel, but the Room was more spacious and cleaner than expected. The bathroom is a unit type, which felt a bit narrow and old.
