I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local people, which was very helpful. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.

The check-in service was excellent, and the Room was comfortable, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I would like to stay here again next time. From JR Bentencho Station, it felt a bit far when carrying a suitcase, so next time I plan to use the subway.
