We stayed here with our family of four during our trip to Kyoto and Osaka. Since we booked the Family Suite, we received services such as welcome drinks, and they even celebrated our child’s birthday for us—thank you very much. The Room was more than spacious enough, the amenities were well stocked, and the outstanding location with Osaka Castle towering right in front of us made us extremely satisfied. Breakfast was also high quality across the board and delicious. We are also grateful for the wonderful hospitality from everyone at the Hotel. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable family trip. I stayed here to attend a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. The Room was very clean and tidy. There’s a convenience store next door, it’s just a short walk from the station, and the station has an attached shopping mall, so it’s extremely convenient.\nI would like to stay here again.
