Tokuan Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

We stayed here with our family of four during our trip to Kyoto and Osaka. Since we booked the Family Suite, we received services such as welcome drinks, and they even celebrated our child’s birthday for us—thank you very much. The Room was more than spacious enough, the amenities were well stocked, and the outstanding location with Osaka Castle towering right in front of us made us extremely satisfied. Breakfast was also high quality across the board and delicious. We are also grateful for the wonderful hospitality from everyone at the Hotel. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable family trip. Thank you again.

Everything was well provided, which was very helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the stay was comfortable. There was also a coin laundry and an ice machine with paper cups. A phone charger was available as well, which was very convenient. The bed, TV, and other amenities were comfortable too. Several Hotel staff members were kind and helpful, and I would like to stay again.

This is my second stay. The staff, the cleanliness throughout the property, the bath, and the Room were all very comfortable. I also love the atmosphere—it really feels like Nagata, or Osaka. The location near the station and the excellent access are perfect! I will definitely stay again!

Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of four, using two Rooms. It was very close to Osaka-jo Hall, making it perfect for concerts. The next morning, it also felt great to enjoy the bath and sauna after running the course around the hall. Above all, we are grateful for your help with our lost item. Even though we came back after noticing it, it was hard to find and I think we caused you a lot of trouble and took up your time, but you responded so kindly—and I will never forget your smile when you told us it had been found. To all the staff, thank you very much for everything. When we visit Osaka again, we would love to stay at this Accommodation again.

This was my first stay, and the Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were also kind. I truly appreciate how they accommodated our last-minute changes. Some hotels have a distinctive odor, but I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell here. I would like to stay again.

While the Hotel is undeniably old, the quality is very satisfying.

I stayed here to attend a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. The Room was very clean and tidy. There’s a convenience store next door, it’s just a short walk from the station, and the station has an attached shopping mall, so it’s extremely convenient.\nI would like to stay here again.

I stayed alone in a Twin Room for 2 nights/3 days. The Facility and carpet do feel a bit old, and sometimes I could hear what sounded like drainage pipes. However, the Room was spacious, the bathroom was roomy, and the sink area was wide and very easy to use. Amenities such as toothbrushes and body towels were available next to the front desk, so you can take only what you need. After getting off the elevator, there was a microwave and loungewear provided. The side table in the guest Room is quite low, so it’s fine for eating while sitting on the sofa, but it’s too low for opening a laptop or doing any writing work—it made my back hurt. (There is only a low table.) The lighting in the Room is also on the dim side. The window cannot be opened or closed, but if you open an inner shutter-like panel, you still get a reasonable amount of natural light. However, when that panel is open it gets in the way of the nearby bed. (It wasn’t an issue this time since I stayed alone.) The refrigerator has a small box-like compartment at the top inside; when set to “High” with bottled drinks inside, they were frozen by the morning of day 3. (They didn’t freeze after just one night.) About a 12-minute walk from Konoike-Shinden Station. About a 16-minute walk to Ractab Dome. There’s an inexpensive supermarket called OK about a 5–6 minute walk away, so shopping isn’t a problem. It clearly felt like it used to be an adult hotel-style property, but since it was inexpensive and overall very comfortable for me, I didn’t mind at all. I’d stay again if I have another opportunity.

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.

This time, I met a friend in Tsuruhashi, but recently, Hotel prices have become too high, making it difficult for Japanese people to find places to stay in their own country. Tears... However, I discovered a great hostel in Imazato. I think it was 5,500 yen for a twin single-use room. It takes about 8 minutes from the station to arrive. It feels a bit small, but the owner's attention to detail makes it surprisingly great! Considering the price, it's really good. The room is also kept clean, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

We stayed for two nights to cheer at our daughter’s tournament. It was close to the station and in a convenient location, which made getting around by subway very easy. The staff were all very kind. The Room was well equipped with a charger, and there were microwaves on each floor, so we were very satisfied with the Facility. In the morning, complimentary coffee (iced and hot) and corn tea were available in front of the front desk, which was a nice touch.

I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. They were also flexible with the check-out time, which was very helpful. Communication was courteous and pleasant until the end, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you!

This was my first time staying at a Hotel without on-site staff, and when I called because I was confused about a few things, you were extremely kind and helpful despite my misunderstanding. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night. It is a family-run accommodation with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The room was 4.5 tatami mats in size, which was sufficient for a solo traveler. The bathroom was well-equipped with amenities, including an exfoliating towel, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s a relaxing and comfortable place that I highly recommend.

I stayed here after watching a video introduced by a YouTuber. Since it was during the Expo period and prices in the city center had surged, I chose this Accommodation a little farther out. The staff were kind and taught me various things about the town. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but I paid to visit Ebisu-yu. As someone who loves public baths, Ebisu-yu had Showa-era pop songs playing and the atmosphere was fantastic! I grabbed breakfast at a convenience store. In the Room I stayed in, the shower was shared with other guests. There is a women’s shower on the second floor, and while it can be locked from inside, if no one is using it, honestly anyone could enter. That made me feel a bit uneasy about security. The toilet area in the Room has a sink and mirror, but because the walls are dark and the lighting is like a spotlight, it wasn’t suitable for doing makeup. The price is reasonable, so I think these issues are within an acceptable range. If I stay again next time, I’d like to book an entire building rental.

I always stay here. The front desk staff are kind and even looked after my luggage. It’s fine that the toilet is separate, but the bathroom is quite small, which is a drawback.
