This building, originally constructed as a villa in the early Showa period, has been used as a private residence over the years. It is a renovated traditional house that provides comfort while retaining traces of expansions and modifications made over time and with family changes. "Tomo Neko An" is named for the shelter for rescued cats located next door and the charming sight of cats leisurely spending their days along the roadside.

"LOG," located halfway up the slope leading to Senkoji Temple in Onomichi, is a Property that has been transformed from an apartment built in 1963 into a multi-purpose Facility in collaboration with the Indian architectural group Studio Mumbai. The third floor, which houses the Rooms, is exclusively for guests and features a library inspired by the study of Bijoy Jain. Both types of Rooms incorporate handmade Japanese paper by Wataru Hatano, allowing guests to enjoy a unique stay with experiences such as the shifting light filtering through shoji screens and the distinctive "sounds" of Onomichi from outside the windows.
